It seems there isn't a general thread for this so I figured I'd make one. I'll start it off. I noticed comments seem to be closed, was there some kind of spam problem? Or did someone accidentally do this somehow?

Basically yes. The spam comments weren't going through the filters, but the repeated attempts to post them and the auto-filtering itself was using a sizeable chunk of server resources. I closed them for now as a temporary measure, but you know how it is with temporary measures. 
On the other hand, there were hardly any legit comments being posted and even fewer of them were noteworthy.

Um...I finally finished translating the GF interview with Risako which I apparently never finished (which I noticed when I went to translate her entry about her pregnancy) and when I went to link part 1 it was missing?? I translated it early March...I really don't want to do it over again.
