Angerme really didn’t need any new members. I was just warming up to the other new members. I hope this is the end of the new members parade. It’s a little overwhelming at this point and my brain needs a break.

It was obviously an excuse for Take-chan to get all that Sushi.

Nothing against Rin, I don't know that girl. But they're just filling up the group as soon as someone graduates.

There’s really not much to say about her. Young, and still a pretty rough performer. Basically feels like they’re debuting her now that she’s just old enough and a spot opened up. A lot of people were predicting her once they announced new members for MM and JJ, though.

But this is the sixth year in a row they’ve added new members so it’s getting out of hand.

The worst part is that they don't even take time to promote the girls anymore.

I don't know Reira and Haruka yet, aside from Reira being named after some song (Layla) and Haruka being the crazy cucumber girl.

I don't know Riai and Yume yet (Juice=Juice). We just got profile pictures for MM's 15th gen!

 

Heck, I don't even remember all of Beyooooonds' names yet!

 

Granted, I've been thinking for some time that H!P in general was getting too old. The core members are all 20 and up (and I've taken a look at the Factories and CG, the youngest groups before Beyooooonds, and they're all going pretty much 18 and up), they needed the fresh blood. I just wished it would be more meaningful additions - and not just throwing someone into a group because they've been in the KSS for some time.

I don’t think the specific ages are an issue. It’s nice that they’re realizing you don’t need to be 12/13 to be worth picking. It’s only an issue if everyone is in their early to mid 20s if they’ve been around for a long time and are at risk of leaving all at once.

Yeah, I actually kinda miss the days of older idol groups like MKB and T&C lol.

 

This feels kind pointless since she can't sing but like... oh well! lmao UFP are determined to keep all the H!P groups overfull I guess.

I always worry when Angerme gets a new member, because they're so good and i don't want them to get watered down like MM.

I trust that new members will be promptly upgraded after their first single (unlike MM who I feel like it takes new members about 4 singles to start looking/acting different), but yes I am looking forward to when we can have new Angerme MVs/lives where everyone is one cohesive piece. I liked their most recent single but the new girls stuck out like sore thumbs... So, hopefully in 2 singles we will be back on track with 46Oku-like quality of cohesiveness :)

That's totally possible, but I hope they give the group a chance to gel for a while, even through the next graduation.
