The only reason I don't like that one is 14 is because it puts a huge gap between her and everyone else. Boram and Qri are 26 this year. At least the other girl is close in age to Jiyeon and Hwayoung.
She looks like a T-ara member, though. Good to see CCM isn't trying to make it any easier to distinguish these chicks.

The short film for "DAY BY DAY" is out, and it's only the first part! It's post-apocalyptic with some nice computer generated settings, has a "bloody screen--so real" moment, and is complete with crossbow and sword play.
It doesn't seem like Jiyeon had very fun practice sessions.

It's pretty cool that they make a whole movie about introducing the new member (I guess part two will include the second new member), eventhough I'm still opposed to the idea of adding new members.
The whole thing gives me a FF7's Midgar vibe.

I was playing "Day By Day" today, and someone around me noticed that it sounds similar to Britney Spears' "Criminal". I definitely could hear the similarities and tried to match the tracks in an audio editor.
I first transcribed (by ear, so they're guesses!) the prominent melodies from both songs to find their keys: "Day By Day" being in A Major and "Criminal", C Major. This allowed me to shift the pitch of "Criminal" by -3 semitones.
The tempos of both are sligtly different, with "Day By Day" being 120 bpm and "Criminal", 110 bpm. In the editor, I sped up "Criminal" by 10 bpm.
Despite the song structures being fairly close, I decided to shift parts of the song to match verses, choruses, and bridges.
In the final mix, the tracks for "Day by Day" and "Criminal" are panned 70% toward the left and right channels, respectively. It's not so much a proper mashup but to make comparision easier.

They're definitely super similar, but I feel like Day by Day's melody and arrangement are a bit more... fully realized? I don't know how to word it. Someone was for sure ~inspired~ by Criminal.
And lol, WOW @ at that performance. Things like that are why I simply can't be a real T-ARA fan. They put out some awesomely catchy pop songs but their live performances are mostly embarrassing. I'm not asking every group to be BEG, Sunny Hill, or SPICA, but live, T-ARA feel below average even for an idol group,
