I think UFA will try to keep both as long as possible so it's not one older girl leading the young ones. Says will probably stick around until she's too old. Reina will probably stick around until she no longer wants to sing since once she graduates her singing career will mostly be over. And with Risa leaving, she's the sole strong singer left so she's going to be needed to sing most of the songs.
