Wow! Nothing about it in the link you provided yet, though, not even in the calendar. How do I make sure not to miss out on any tickets?

I signed up for an account. Hopefully it will mention when the tickets go on sale, looking at the calendar, they only are just starting to show things for October so I expect later this month they will go on sale? Considering the amount of H!P fans on the east coast. It's going to be a crazy day when the tickets DO go on sale. I expect pure chaos.

I can definitely do this without going broke instead of Sayu's graduation concert. I just hope tickets come out soon enough for me to decide one or the other.

I have to go!!!! This is probably the closest that MM is ever going to get to NC. I'm completely broke but October is my birthday month so maybe I can swing something....

This is nice and all but there is no way I can go since its in New York and neither of my guardians will fly (or want to pay air fare for that matter) or drive me that far just for a concert. Plus, I will be in school at that time and my grandma refuses to take me out of school.

Trying to figure out how to logistically make this work for me.  The 5th is a Sunday, and I assume it would be at night, so I don't know how this will all work out, but trust me, I will do everything in my power to make this work.

I doubt my parents would go, or condone me (teenage girl) going by myself to NYC... so I need to figure that out too....

The concert will be late afternoon, I think 3? Remember the young girls can't work past 9.

That's good because I'll have to take the train home and late trains are creeped with drunkards.

The best thing about this is a 45 minute, $18 train ride from my dad's house, and I am sure I can get a good deal on a hotel through groupon.  Hey guys who wants to meet up for karaoke afterward?  I AM SPRINGING FOR VIP.

I need to make up for the two years I lived in Japan and was too stupid to actually go to any concerts. (First time because I was bitter about Kaori's grad.  Second time because my Johnny's fan friend somehow convinced me it was way more expensive and complicated to get tickets than it actually was.  Stupid).

I really hope I hear about tickets soon enough for a VIP ticket. I'd be glad to grab one or two for other people, or vice versa, if us board members want to look out for each other as soon as they go on sale.

I'm gonna talk with my boyfriend and see if we can do this. He's been to NYC before and I'm sure he'd be more than happy to return ...

Okay, I can sacrifice the Japan concert for a weekend in October.  I'll be mostly hanging with the JPH!P contingent (they'll be big and noisy), but definitely want to keep some time for board members.  If there are more of us from the Bay Area coming, we should do a group meet/coordination!

This concert is right after the double Budokan and right before their Osaka concert so I'm hoping the Japanese fans will let us have this concert so they to attack the VIP tickets. But that's a fat chance on top of the fact that most H!P fans are on the east coast. Best of luck to everyone trying for a ticket.

Haha I know that now.  And yeah...Ryan actually said he'll go with me.  Which you know makes sense since I did go see Phish with him.

And yeah, best of luck to everyone going for a VIP.  I wish I could offer to grab one for other people if I see them but my budget isn't that high.  Unless I get a raise before they go on sale, then we can talk.  But in the meantime I cannot wait to meet everyone (that I haven't already and those that I have I can't wait to see again!)  I will apologize in advance for being loud and boisterous and TMI.

BF gave me the go-ahead to try too \o/

Even if I don't get VIP it'll be worth it just to see Sayu once before she goes!! ( as long as I don't get nosebleed seats or something as a result hahaha )

ONLY 6 HOURS AWAY FROM ME, YAY. But also *sob* since unless I convert my parents into diehard fanatics, there is no way they'll let me go by myself, and at like $45 a ticket, I can hear the door to MM closing shut.

And this is probably one of the last Sayu concerts, too...

Val, I understand.  Because bad timing is why I couldn't see Berryz when they were in the state my dad lives in. ;_;  You'll be there in my heart though! <3<3<3

I'm going to try super hard to go and my bf is already looking into prices for the area. He says he'll gladly go with me if I want him to; which of course I do because I'm a 22 year old disabled girl and I'm not going to try to navigate NYC alone. That and I'd never be allowed to go by myself. Now I've just got to talk to my parents and try to convince them to help out. I'm keeping my fingers crossed on this one. It's right before my 23rd birthday so I may be able to swing getting early birthday money or something.

Ugh I want to go, and I have relatives I could stay with, but it would be like $400 roundtrip. They need to come to LA again T__T

That's a loooong drive for me (12.5 hours), and I doubt I could convince anyone to come with, so it's a no-go for me.

I'll see if I can get a trade off going to an Alice in Chains concert with boyfriend so he'll do this with me, but I smell lots of no.

The Best Buy Theater isn't big enough to have "nosebleed seats." The "balcony" is actually just a few steps up from the main seating area. It's basically just a large single-screen movie theater, which is what it was built as (the Loew's Astor Plaza, later the Sony Astor Plaza).  STAR WARS premiered there 37 years ago yesterday. I saw it there during its initial run.
