It's not from a PV. It's from a pancake mix commercial that Tsuji and Kago were in as W. :hahaha:

Ooooh. That is persuasive advertising. "Our pancakes are so good, they may come alive and try to eat themselves".

edit: Or not, if it's forcibly fed. Why would they do that?

I think its arms are non-functional and it has to be fed by others.
In the commercial, it just seemed like they were shoving the pancake in its open puppet-y mouth and it did not seem repulsed by eaten its fellow pancakes.
