It is very ... Japanese, for lack of a better description. It seems likely to do well with Japanese audiences. The great execution of Kara's Japanese conversion is why they are stomping all over SNSD in Japan. But I'd prefer if they were able to maintain a little more Korean flavor, particularly since I fled to K-pop because I was sick of the same old cliched J-pop style.

Yeah, they certainly know their audience. Definitely more Pretty Girl era cuteness than any of the newer stuff. While JUMPIN' had crossover appeal (Korea and Japan), this is unabashedly made for the Japanese audience.

It's being released the same day as Morning Musume's new single. Chart's gonna be overloaded with girlpop that week.
I really don't like this song, at all. That's all I have to say. But it'll sell super well because not only did Kara promote themselves by suing their company but this song is also a CM tie-in for something.

It's bland but it'll do well. At least KARA aren't trying to convince me they can sing anymore. Hopefully.

The comment that this is more "J-Pop" is spot on (or at least the best explanation we have so far). This and Jumping haven't been outstanding, but have still been catchy. But they still feel like they're missing something. They've been OK, but KARA has done better.

Kara will be donating all the money made from this single to Japan disaster relief.

I hope this means all the profit the company makes (too).

This is all but certain to finish at #1 for the week! Quite amazing, considering it was a stacked week. I like the single, but the b-side is the gem. They really don't get to do ballads in Korea.
