Re: Hello!Spam :: 2017 ~Dancing Mode~

Maria did a solo of "Te wo Nigitte Arukitai", as well, so they performed three songs instead of two. Miki chose One and Only as it's her signature song, for obvious reasons.   Also, completely speculating on my part but we need a new single and I'm thinking it'll drop in November or Decemb...

Hmm, I noticed here that they're not in a huge rush to fill Riho's obvious parts in the interlude here and in Oh My Wish (in Houston) - and they keep putting off the Brainstorming dance-off  :tongue: .   I actually like Mizuki's singing now, since she had such a variety of voices in this performance...

Re: The Offical PINK CRES. Dump Thread

I was trying to come up with valid reasons to explain "Pink Cres" instead of "Pink Cresc".  The best one was that trying to romanize "cresc" would introduce too many syllables.

Then again, we have the ever-unfortunate Angerme.

I'm also going to call December 13 (Tuesday) as the Budokan date at this time, since the 17th is already taken and any later dates would conflict with the winter concert rehearsals.

According to the same Hello!Ste announcement, Nakajima Takui did lyrics & composition for Doo Datte Ii No.

TBH..... I'm a bit disappointed. XD  There's nothing bad about this song, and the girls sound awesome, but Takui is no Aku Yuu.

Man, they are really working these Tsubaki Factory girls.  Ogata Risa has been in every. single. Geikjou play starting with Triangle, and this will be her third one this year.  She's reaching Niigaki levels of commitment, except the other Risa doesn't have concerts and DVD singles to contend with.

Blindly throwing darts here, but please tell me that "Namida no Request" is a cover song by the Checkers (it's their 2nd single).  It matches their image of doing covers of adolescent retro-pop.

Madara knows more former BBSers, so I'm waiting on him to identify some more.  I'm getting the impression that BBS turnout was fairly low for this convention, so not too many that I identify, but I chatted with Usako and I think Sugoi was there as well.   Aika filmed me twice - after the concert and...

That 12/10 date in Hokkaido is somewhat worrisome but not unprecedented - the classic one being RihoGrad where they finished the "hall tour" portion in Sendai. I guess the official trend is now to put some homecoming final for the last concert before the Budokan special.  Also, Gradation w...

I feel like they typically don't do announcements at the end of tours. Sure, 10th gen showed up the day before Ai-chan was about to graduate, but the others were generally at the beginning or halfway through the tour runs - management likes to milk the "meet and greet" aspect, as they did ...

DVD is up for pre-order atE-lineup, in case you're not on Idol Swap.  I believe E-Lineup and FC-orders are pre-order only, but like the New York concert, there's a good chance that it will open up to general sales.

Rehearsal preview is up on Youtube .   I'm seeing a number of promising things, like Eripon's penchant for staged swordfighting scenes and some generally good performances from 12th gen (Haachin still has some ways to go, dammit).  Haruna was surprisingly good in those few seconds we saw of her.   S...

At the risk of sounding stupid, I'm going to say that it was a combination of both talent, hype, and handshakes.   We got 123, which admittedly was a Very New Sound, but they also marketed "Leader Sayu" as an amazing tool.  I think half the articles were given over to praising of Sayu as a...

Yeah.  Based on the press con, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that at least the first 30 minutes will consist of the Tada/Frol drama, followed by unnecessary plot turns between Baceska, Frol & Tada.   ... also, no Lilium-esque (or angsty anime) ending where all hell breaks loose in the la...
