Re: [PV/Preview] Mano Erina - Kono Mune no Tokimeki wo
I think I kinda liked it. The song, of course, doesn't lend itself to an exciting video, but at least the atmosphere of the set and camera shots had an interesting feel. The last two videos of hers were shot with an annoyingly blinding bright filter or something, so this at least doesn't go that roa...

Re: Sayaka Ichii comes out of hiding!
Hooray, I'm happy she's coming back as a talent, I suppose. Although I selfishly wish she were making music, rather than just being a general show business girl, since with music I can actually get into it. It's like with Yaguchi for me, I like her so I'm happy she's all over the place but I can't u...

Re: Haruhi season 2
The last episode made me think that this "season" is just to fill in some gaps. Perhaps they knew they'd waste all that time with Endless Eight, so they knew there was no purpose in putting exciting episodes in the season. The fan in me is hoping that means that they have an actual season ...

Is the title of the photobook supposed to be a reference to the magazine that published the story that started the scandal? If that's the case, I just think it's a silly title that is merely shows how poorly attention-grabbing this all is.

If anyone stopped paying attention because of Endless Eight, the latest episode is new. I liked it, but it's nothing earth-shattering that would bring back any disgruntled fans.

I know a bit about Onyanko, but probably not as much as some other people here. It was the soloists who sprung from the group that really clicked with me. It's so huge a topic, since it spawned so many girls, I'm not sure what you want. Since you're already getting into the main group itself, I gues...

I'm gonna have to disagree. It was these shots from the preview that strongly made me think she can't hide her Martian ancestry any longer. I could see that hairstyle being attractive on someone, but her face doesn't seem real behind all that. I expect her to be in a horror movie.

I'm sure the inner workings of the empire are planning for just such an expansion. I think there were rumblings of a Fukuoka group followed by Osaka and Sapporo at least. The Stardust Promotion agency has a large stable of girls aged 8-18 in their Section 3 that they call "3B junior" (I think the idea is that they're all in the same grade and class--Year 3, Class B--but that means some of these girls have been held back, and some are really smart!) A lot of...

By "SNE48" do you mean SKE48? They're just the AKB48 for Nagoya, so that you don't have to go to Tokyo to see a show. They've been around almost a year, but now just released their own single (even though some members of SKE48 have been in AKB48 singles already...) If you don't mean SKE48,...

Re: Nanchatte Renai - Will it hit No. 1?
There's no pattern. Big round numbers just are big round numbers. If you're not one of the consistent 100,000-in-the-first-week sellers, then becoming a number one single is only about what other things came out in the same week. Day one sales are all about the pre-orders. The rest will be about the...

Noto was getting a bit too "old" to be an H!P Egg. (Get her out quick, she's not a teenager! That's supposed to mean automatic expulsion, we're supposed to be monitoring their ages, people!) I'd complain about how this affects Ongaku Gatas, but they haven't really existed for a year anyway...

I like listening to the instrumentation in this high quality version, but those raps are still annoyingly out of place in the song.
