Berryz Kobou's Rival PV
You can watch the PV via Dohhh UP! . The song and the concept is very cute overall (especially the foods, the instruments, and the talking parts in the song). But, at the same time, I think the song is really boring (maybe I have a hidden bias because I love Seishun no Bus Guide because it's a very ...

So, Erina's second single is OUT. Limited A CD Limited B CD Limited C CD Regular CD Single V DVD The PV was out last month and the Piano Ver. PV just came out. Unless you like to watch some cute girl playing the piano over and over for 3-4 mins, you would think this PV is boring. The single hit the ...

A little bump, hopes it's alright, for the new information. According to Tsunku's blog , the group's name is S/mileage. If you have a FC membership, you can watch their progress videos on the site (like them in the studio, their comments, and etc; and those who has no membership, various people are ...

It has been announced, at Melon Lounge and Offical Fanclub Page , that Melon Kinenbi is going to release 5 collaboration singles. The first one will be with the band BEAT CRUSADERS. And Mai Satoda is releasing something with the group Gouda Kazoku (aka another Quiz Hexagon group) on June 17th, accor...

I love following my "recommendation for you" page on youtube because I mostly get 80's stuff spamed on it, including this lovely performance of Radar Man by Jun Togawa: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RuYmvPYW_k8 Very crazy and very weird but I really love it and been watching it nonstop si...

The promotional video for Mano's too soon new single is up on Dohhh UP! . I really like this song and is next to Lucky Aura for my favorite Mano songs. I also like the promotional video, it is refreshing to see her dancing, being lively, and being too cute in the video. I wish the single asn't going...

The commerical makes me cry but watching how youtube users reacted to it was awesome, such as the techno remix of the Girugamesh guy.

[quote name='mizer_unmei' post='62402' date='Mar 16 2009, 10:49 PM']It's not nearly as big a list as Ukyo would have, but here's a list to all the pop artists (who debuted before 1989, though almost half are by Momoe, so... yeah.) that I have albums from. [ link ] If you wanted I would gladly rip so...

It's "Paula Abdul meet Duran Duran" and I am loving it. It's such an 80s sounding song that words can't express how much I love it. Since disappoint there is no NSync cover or ripoff.

Re: 1980s Japanese idols
Okada forgotten?! What? Not in Japan, at least. They have vigils in honor of her birthday each year, as well as for the day she passed away. And not just wotas, either, but vast amounts of very normal people. Well, you might argue she is more remembered for her sad, sensationalized death than her m...

Re: 1980s Japanese idols
I love 80's Jpop <3 I think 1/2 of all my Youtube favorites are made up of performances from Best Ten. But, again I love the 80's for the bad clothing, bad styles, and wierd music videos like Chisato's Mihaa PV . And then again, 80's idol performances had awesome sets like this one (awesome cats!). ...
