I hate Aika. I hate the duck lips, the thin, annoying voice with no power behind it, and the fact that she's in MM and doing nothing.



I hate Sayumi. I hate her inappropriately squeaky voice. Ditto for Momoko and all the S/Mileage girls except Ogawa (who is no longer in the group anyway, ho hum).



I hate Man-o as well, because her songs are boring as hell. I know it's not her fault. I still hate her.

I really can't stand Wada. D: She just looks like this freakish little gnome creature, and hardly female.

And, going back to the dead-horse comment she made about foreigners, really? Especially with all of H!P's attempts and efforts to break into foreign markets, racism and xenophobia notwithstanding, is she really stupid enough to say something like that on stage? Is she really that ungrateful to say something like that, considering a number of H!P's fans are foreign (and it's at least acknowledged now more than it ever has been)? Is she unfamiliar with her fans and/or some of the aims of her company? What a horrible idol.

I also hate her voice. She isn't pretty, funny, talented or amusing in the least, and at the very worst she's actually offensive. She's just a waste of space, in my opinion.

Oh, also, were JunLin H!P members at the time? Were they present when she said that? I wonder.



Reina needs to change her career up. She's getting a little too big-headed and too stale for today's MM. She just doesn't fit. It's pretty clear she's not a team player, and it was OK back when MM was more of a hodgepodge and she was around the same age as most of the girls but this isn't the case anymore.



Mizuki is too shy! Why even be in the group if you aren't going to have any attention drawn to yourself at all?



Risako went through a period of time where she became so smug, then she got a bad haircut and blimped out. Since Berryz line distribution has become more balanced in recent years, I've had less to resent her for and nearly forgot why I found her so dislikable in the first place. Recent Pocket Mornings have reminded me, though... she really does seem quite smug. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... unsure.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':unsure:' />

Aika tried to follow in Yossie's footsteps and be the harsh little tomboy, but rather than make it endearing she's just managed to be an ass and insult and piss off her fellow members while looking like an ugly duckling duckface.

She didn't look like an ass, people just don't know how to take kick ass attitudes like that anymore. I loved how she put 9th gen in their place and when she owned junjun on haromoni, if it were someone like Miki instead of her, everyone would be eating it up.

Akari's doing pretty good so far with the tomboy image, but she's got the mad athletic skills to back it all up. Gotta love those Maimi genes. Kanon could be a tomboy, but considering she's got boobs, it wouldn't work. Too bad Riho's the new front girl,. she would have made an excellent tomboy, considering she looks like a boy. And unfortunately all the 10th gen are all too girly looking. Maybe Haruka will channel her in Uranus and make something work. She's too young to do cute and sexy. So tomboy might fit her for awhile. I doubt UFA will ever pull another Tsuji/Kago after what happened to them. Which is probably why they make the older girls do it, and sex up the younger ones.

Plus when you go the tomboy route, you take the chance of being less like Yossie and more like Makoto, who was just an unfortunate butch mix of Yossie/Yasuda for awhile.

Agreed. The sooner she leaves the better. Seriously. MM needs her to leave. Is it known if she's popular in Japan or not?

If that guy who posts the sales rankings over at H!O is to be believed, she's got to have a pretty decent fanbase, since she's been ranking in the top 10 for overall H!P sales recently.



And since she was supposed to be lead in the new MM play, she's actually been getting more lines, plus her photobook and FC tour, I think UFA were getting ready to push her more before her injury.

I'm confused. I'm no Aika fan, but why do people think she's an ass? What did she do that insulted and offended people? The only thing I remember her doing that was even close to mean was scolding the 9th gen some during rehearsals and them commenting they were afraid of her. No other members were upset about that, they laughed. Plus it's nothing new for new girls to be afraid of the old girls, or old girls to scold the new girls. Did I miss some big incident?

A lot of people got really angry about it, and I even saw some people say that she had no right to scold them or anything because she wasn't the leader. But she's been there for nearly five years, I think that gives her plenty of seniority.



It probably was more along the lines that people just didn't like her, and this gave them more of a reason to hate her.



And a lot of people dislike her for making JunJun cry way back when JunLin were new, but iirc, that was more of an issue of JunJun just hating to lose rather than Aika actually being mean to her. Because I think all she did was beat her in a memory game or something like that.

Since when do you have to be leader to scold anyone? Reina scolds Sayu all the time. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... /laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':lol:' /> Back in the day (6th gen joining and earlier) everyone scolded the noobs. I'd love to see some 9th gen scolding 10th gen action in the next few months.



It's funny how selective people are about what they choose to get mad at. ^ I've said that so many times but it never seems to be 100% true. Sayumi is annoying though. She's dropped right down my MM ranking. The 'Me so cute!' crap is just getting really old. Newsflash 3/4 of the 9th gen (excluding Riho, whose more cool than cute) and 2/4 of the 10th gen (excluding Ayumi, who again, has a cool look, and Haruna, who's stunningly beautiful, but 'cute' doesn't come to mind) are cuter than her.
