The only one who I know of that can pull off a Miki voice is Chisato. But I'd have to see the PV and or listen to a better rip to pick it out if it were her.

After listening to this song several times I really feel Hello Project is in need of some girls with deeper voices. Risa in all her glory and some of the other girls voices who aren't too high really help bring it down but S/mileage by themselves makes it super high. I really want some people with lower voices to balance all this out. I'm hoping Haruka and Kanon develop some lower voices.

I think more girls are capable of lower voices, but they're just choosing to make them go in this obnoxiously high direction. I don't see any hope for S/mileage lowering their voices, but maybe MM will.

A Reina-led H!P doesn't surprise me, since she's been just as much of a front girl as Ai for years and years now.

During Ai's graduation memorial, if I'm not mistaken, she asked Suzuki Airi to (basically) become H!P's new frontgirl, so to speak, so it's surprising she isn't getting more press/TV presence. Based on what did Ai choose Airi for? <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... hatthe.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':whatthe:' />



This PV is extremely generic but played out pretty much how I expected it to...

Huge group, 4 or 5 front girl 'fan favourites' stealing the show, occasional viewings of groups/random girls.

There should be no surprises about Reina being the front girl. She's been a lead in MM practically since the day she joined, gotten a push in shuffles and subunits, has a bazillion photobooks, and is one of the most popular MM members. There's been nothing to indicate she wouldn't be the new front girl.

The PV is boring, but I do love the song. It would have been nice if they'd distributed the small group parts better, more H!P All Stars style, which would have given everyone some decent screen time. But again, no surprise there - H!P line distribution was a lot more even in general in 2004.



The only real surprise is that there were no solo parts from Mano or anyone in S/mileage. I would have expected each group to be represented at least once. Mano doesn't even get to be in the duets o.o

Such a Reina hate fest. I didn't find it horrible in the least. In fact I liked it. THERE I SAID IT!



I Liked the PV and I liked the song and I can't WAIT to see it performed live because that was a pretty awesome move they did all sliding down to the floor and I hope they keep at least THAT part for their live performance.



I do hope this proves to produce more H!P singles, though they probably should have stuck with a name that would allow for more growth in the future should Tsunku like to add any new groups or soloists.



Now what I didn't like? Lack of Chisato. It's like all the hard work she did promoting herself failed to produce any results if this single is to showcase favorites. Maimi and Airi are still tops. Heck, I didn't even SEE Mai. It's like she disappeared along with Mano. Which I might add is pretty sad. You're the only soloist in a company and you aren't even featured. Did she even get a line? A duet line? Something? If you aren't even showcased as much as Aika was, who had a legitimate excuse for not being there (but still showed up for close up shots and stand alones) You know your company has little faith in your abilities. Oh and the S/mileage thing. For the only group that's keeping your ship afloat, they sure did get the big shaft. Though I did see a little Yuuka love, but other then that everyone else in the group for the big ol' middle finger. Nice job Tsunku.



Anyway~ about Reina. The next MM single can either go two ways. A second Maji Desu Ska Suka to showcase everyone equal OR have the Reina/Riho/Risa (Mr. Moonlight 2.o) fest because seriously, new girls are not going to be able to pull of a whole song by themselves. Haruka may be awesome, but the girl is still barely 12. But bright side is that they are getting more time to practice then the 9th gen got. (And it may seem like it wasn't, but remember the 9th gen's debut single was pushed back due to the earthquakes.)

I don't mind too much the Reina-fest, I look for the other members, the ones way at the back you can't see which are more my favourites. One thing is when I saw Riho in the front at the beginning for the dance, I already knew she would be over featured, (not in Reina's way) but I'm still amazed that as others said, everygroup wasn't represented by at least one member.



The PV is OK, I would've liked something else to go with it. I like the two outfits especially the dresses.
