Berryz Return to the USA

I went ahead and booked a room at that Holiday Inn they list but, damn, it wasn't cheap. If I go, I'm planning on showing up that Thursday, so that extra night makes it even more expensive.



Also, estimated 8 hour drive. Ouch.

I just called up the Holiday Inn to book by phone (which is the way I like to do things) and the guy told me I'd booked the last room for that weekend. He may have meant the last single room, or the last non-smoking single room, or the last one with the kind of bed I asked for--who knows? They guy simply said, "There's one room left," at some point as I was booking--I forget at which point. In any event, I'm glad I didn't wait. Those who are planning to go but haven't booked yet should let us know what response they get when they try to book. There is another hotel in Somerset, the Double Tree, listed on the AnimeNext site, so maybe there's room there. I went with the Holiday Inn because that's where Usako and some of my other BK-fan friends will be staying.

You never know, they may find something they want to do there while you go to the concert.



You'd be surprised how well parents can react if you speak to them like an adult and explain why you want to go.



Be brave and give it a go, the worst thing they can say is no and the best is yes, either way you won't lose anything but you have a great experience to gain!

An USA48 audition would be quite an undertaking. I wonder how they would eliminate and how long it would take.

The company would need a place to set up a theater and those are the only three places I think they would be successful enough as a starting point. (More so for California or New York.) I'm all open for NYC48, anyway is Berryz going to have a Q&A or something similar. I have never been to a H!P event so I am

not sure what goes on at these events. Is it true that they can accept gifts? I was thinking about making a photo collage of East coast sights in the members offical colors.
