Satoda Mai, Tanaka Masahiro to marry in March

Talento Satoda Mai (27) and Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles pitcher Tanaka Masahiro (23) announced on Thursday that they are engaged. The two have not yet chosen a date for their wedding ceremony, but they plan to register their marriage in late March before the start of the upcoming baseball season.



Satoda and Tanaka (who is also known by the nickname Ma-kun) have been dating since 2010, after they met in December 2009 for the taping of a New Year’s television program.



Satoda reportedly plans to continue her career in show business after they marry, but she intends to prioritize the home over her work.

I've seen a few that literally were police boxes. There were some near my place in Kyoto that were no bigger than single 2 meter by 3 meter rooms with a desk and a couple of chairs.



Also, Ai-chan is totally dressing Aika nowadays.

I've always heard it translated as Police Box.



And oh my gosh how cute and innocent! Delivering 100 and 550 yen to a police box! Since the police can't find the owners obviously...unless it's a wallet like Zukki.

I went to the Takehisa Yumeji museum in Tokyo last week and they had a newspaper clipping in the hallway...



of S/mileage's Wada Ayaka! She had gone to visit the museum and the press followed her. It was kind of uncanny for whatever reason. I sometimes feel like H!P is not a "real" idol unit industry but something I just follow on the internet. Plus, H!P isn't very visible in Osaka (or Tokyo for that matter) compared to AKB so coming across something concrete like that by chance was kind of amazing.

In one of the H!P concert MC's (I can't remember which now...maybe 2011 Winter? That's the last I watched) they said H!P was going to start doing "club activities" and everyone was encouraged to form clubs. Wada wanted to form a museum visiting club, but she wanted to be the only member. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... /laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':lol:' /> I guess she's really going through with it!

Buono discuss things they can't stand. Airi hates when she's been running to a train and starts sweating because it's hot inside. Momo doesn't want her friends to talk to her inside the elevator. Miyabi hates static-y clothing.



Someone asks Sayu if she'd want her kid to join Morning Musume. She says that she would if her kid was cute and that she feels she will be able to decide if her child is cute enough for show business. She also talks about how she'd help get her kids career started.



Riho gets a letter from a listener that says that there are groups within H!P that started because they all support the same girl. There's:

The reader suggests that Riho talk to Fukuda to get her own group started, but Riho is pretty sure that Kanon would never abandon Yurina for her. She also says that no one in 9th gen would join "Sayashi-ist" and that Eripon is very popular with 10th gen (Masaki thinks she's scary for some reason but still likes her), and that Haruka really likes Reina. But then Kanon blogged and said she'd love to join Sayashi-ist.



Risa shares some backstage H!P Winter hi-jinks. She talks about how she just goes and picks a random seat in the dressing room because it's big. 9th and 10th gen then come in being the loud maniacs they are and Eripon slowly creeps her way towards Risa. She then hovers around until Risa tells her she can sit. Risa noticed that Eripon has one of her photobooks in her bag. And then Eripon proceeds to tell her that she looks at it at night. When she can't sleep.



Reina is a guest on Risa's show and makes the director start it over so she can do her own introduction since she's going to be the host. They talk about Risa's graduation. Risa has mostly just been focusing on herself but that's not a problem since Aika's around to lead the younger girls. They then share a story about how Masaki walked in on Aika while she was only in her underwear, and got yelled at.
