Thanks for translating Ayumin's. I just finished exam (screwed up listening part <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... hahaha.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':hahaha:' /> ) so I will catch up with Tuesday's prepping now. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... /weeeh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':weeeh:' />

Just a reminder - I'm getting on a plane in a few hours to go to AWA. Until I leave I'll be working on translations, and I'll do my best to translate any Kikka entries that happen during the con (if any - she might not be able to use her phone in the US), but I won't be working on any other blogs until I get back Sunday night. Well, unless I get bored in the airport or have some downtime or something, but since I'll only have my iPad with me I'd only be doing already prepped ones.



So if anyone wants to take over Kanon, Sayu, or Kanana while I'm away, please feel free!

Have fun! Kikka is a very good singer.

I prep the latest Kana's entry and I'm guessing she is talking about injury. Her lack of emoticons really worries me.

I'm working on these for the girls I translate (Ayumin & Maa-chan), and could maybe do some others if you guys don't want to. I guess I'll just post them to the girl's blog? I've done translations like these before but just posted them to forums... I suppose it makes more sense just to post them here.

What I mean when I say that saving drafts and previewing messes up my formatting, is that if I've done certain spacing between lines to match with the original, it puts it back to all the same amount of spacing. Also, if it's center alignment, it will automatically go back to no alignment. Then, when I go through and space/align it the way I want again, sometimes it stays and sometimes it goes back again. I was getting really frustrated with the last translation I did because I got the center alignment to stay but couldn't get the spacing to work no matter how many times I did it so that's still just a draft. I didn't go into detail before because I figured it's a common thing and I'm missing something obvious. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... >/sigh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':sigh:' /> I am using visual mode, so that's not the issue.



(Editing to say that since making this post I've done a couple Meimi posts. The one I couldn't get to space right at all was my last Kago one.)

By the way... in my continuing attempts to decipher Masaki's gibberish... lol. in talking about the 10th gen event earlier in the day she said:

Reina posted and the one post has 10 pictures. Most of them look almost the same and their names are just a bunch of numbers, and I can't tell the difference in the thumbnails.

^I took a look and I can see why it can get confusing. Don't worry about the pics. Just finish the emoticons and I'll insert the pics in the right spots myself (I can use the kanji in the pics to differentiate between them). The file names are numbered in sequential order, so you can use that as a reference. And you seem to have uploaded them in the same order too, so just insert them from the bottom of the list in Add Media -> Gallery (unless you have changed the default sorting order).



It's true for this particular post, but I guess it may not be for all of them if one of the girls decides to mix up the order in which they uploaded the images.

I figured out that I can use the last set of numbers in the url link and search for it in the media library.

I think for the new Eripon entry, either I messed up or the website didn't save it correctly (because I got a 503 error) since some of the emoticons are floating - and those are the ones hosted on Ameba's server (first row of hearts, and the two shock faces after that, as well as the happy face under the "When I took this photo I thought “That’s so nice” then I headed to school"). Also, some of them are floating because somehow the align-none for the picture wasn't set and I know I had set those. Since Rob translated and posted it already I can't correct it, so hopefully someone else can?
