Sparkles, so many sparkles! They went from Morning Musume, and now it's invading Berryz! I wish they had done more with this, but that's like expecting world peace just because you want it, doesn't mean it's going to happen.

I can't tell if I like the single dance parts or not, but I do like some of the parapara type dance moves. The dance floor is too dark, which makes Maasa and Yurina blend in to the walls. Also, short haired Miyabi is better than weird, side pigtail-buns Miyabi.

They also used a couple of the same dance moves and that electronic subwoofer-ish sound from Wakuteka a few times between 3:26 and 3:38.



Is that sarcasm? Part of one of the chorus' is "...Disco Disco...Shake Hands Shake Hands...Fever Fever...".

I still don't like the song...the video is just boring. They've done the DJ thing before. WANT! was such a good video, this is so lackluster.

I feel like this could be acceptable for Berryz about 7 years ago, but it certainly isn't now.

I know its a party, but damn too many sparkles.

The set was ... eh. I feel like they're getting lazy. (I have a stage almost exactly identical to the set for MMD. Same rainbow dance floor and everything.)

Personally I was hoping for this one to be like the party version of "Loving You Too Much", but instead we get whatever that was.

I know. Its nice that Chinami and Maasa got some screen time, and a reasonable amount of lines.

I think I just watched Dakishimete Dakishimete Part 2.

I actually kinda liked it though.. and the song is growing on me. It's not a song that can be performed live.

The MV was nice blended well with the theme of the song.



The song itself is not amazing, I think Miyabi sound amazing and the only one that sounded really good with the lines in the verses using sudden head voice notes. the rest didn't sound that good with them, also Yurina, Saki & Maasa voices are too low pitch to sing them in my opinion.



Two things bother me the most:

1. the dance is really weird and too easy - with a party theme I was hoping for the group to have a really hyper dance which didn't happen.

2. the chours is too slow!!! I think that if the played it faster I would love this song a lot more.



BTW, it's really hard for me to don't like a song, I really like be genki for example... but I can't seem to love this, altought I must say Miyabi sound great in this, and I like the even parts!

I liked Berryz last MV well enough, but this one is awful. It's a boring dance shot on a cheap set, with no imagination in the execution. As with the 1-2-3 MV, they try to liven things up with a lot of God-awful sparkle effects. The result is just painful on the eyes.



I don't get it. Mano Erina and the Satoyama Groups are getting some pretty decent, creative PVs. Why can't the other groups get the same thing.

I'm not a big fan of the song in general, but the tune is definitely stuck in my head. I think the sparkles add a dynamic angle to the PV, but it could have been accomplished with laser lights (though then it would definitely be Dakishimete Dakishimete part 2). Most of the recent Berryz PVs have made me think they had a good idea in concept/costume/song, but the execution of the PV was a flop.

Mano has always been a "separate" artist, since she's not directly managed by Tsunku. I think they have more room to do stuff with a soloist anyway (there's only so many songs she has that can have dances so they wind up doing piano shots or scenery shots instead). As for Satoyama, their whole purpose is to promote the Satoyama area, right? So their PVs already have a focus and a set location to film them at, so they build ideas off of that.

That's funny because I think UFA was way more invested in Berryz back then.



It might have been nicer to end it with Risako singing the final "(lets) have a celebration" because it was a little too dramatic for something else to follow it.

I was refering more to the song than anything, considering the PV is not even close to their early ones. I would have loved to hear this sung by the younger Berryz.

I just feel like their quality in PVs was really good early on, but recently, they've been spiking up and down in quality. I want more PVs like their old ones.

I think I'm gonna have to go against most of you guys and express my absolute love for this song. It has a strong beat that sounds great with decent headphones, and it's definitely catchy enough to match up to a lot of their previous songs.

I dunno about this. The Berryz girls are capable of absolute fierceness, but in this video it looked almost as if the director showed them a faux DJ setup and all of them only knew how to react with "WUT". None of them (except for maybe Chinami) look like they're actually having any fun. They are instead trying to awkwardly pose and be "SEKUSHIIII~~" by imitating any random DJ mannerisms they may or may not have seen in the past. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... wheely.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':wheely:' />
