Probably, but it wouldn't be the same.  The stream would be live, which is 08:00 here, whereas the Japanese channel would show it at midnight on New Years morning.

I ran across this group called Sunmyu. They're a group of nine girls, mostly 17-19 and it looks like they just debuted earlier this year. They released their 4th single "Kore ga Ai nanda" and I really like it. MV is simple but still pretty cute.

I'm watching FNS Kayosai 2013 right now, the one that aired on Dec. 4, and am frustrated at the lack of a tracklist in English since I don't recognize a lot of the performers. I have a list of performers, but not in order.
 
Does anyone know where a tracklist exists for this?
