I don't know if anyone knows about this but someone has posted the Tokyo/Osaka Performance Doll concerts on Youtube. The later concerts included Atsuko Inaba as a singer and backup dancer.

I was a little worried about her for a while too, but she at least seems like she is happy now.  I read something with either her or LinLin where they said they were so stressed during their time in Morning Musume they actually stress ate a lot so maybe this is more her natural weight?  Either way I think she looks gorgeous.

NGP seemed primarily Tsunku run, with him having cancer, I guess it's finished (can't verify this) a bunch of their Kenshuusei came over to Hello Pro Kenshuusei too.

Did you know that as of December, all of MM's 1st and 2nd gen are now 30+? Fukuda Asuka turned 30 last month. And by the end of this year, that will include 3rd gen too. TIME FLIES.
 
Anyway, since I mentioned Asuka, that group she's in called PEACESTONE are releasing a second album sometime this year called Door's ~Yume no Juunin~. I wasn't even aware they were still active, but I admit I haven't exactly been keeping tabs.
 
Oh, and Kikkawa You is releasing her 9th single on 5/8. Apparently it's going to be the longest idol song in history, at like 30 minutes or something. Which means that there will probably be like five people who know how it ends.

I'm honestly more surprised that the last of the the 1st and 2nd gens just now turned 30. Well, not surprised, because, math -- but it just feels like it should have happened years ago.
 
I'm excited to hear more Asuka, even if it means having to hear the other guy singing with her.

Yeah, it does sort of ram home just how young she was. Just in general and in comparison to the rest of them.
 
It's kind of crazy to think that that list will include everyone through 6th gen in just four years, though.

It's weird to think they were all born in the same year since a number of those girls have been in H!P for so long... Haruan and Ayaka almost seem like little babies lol (to me, at least.)
 
I've got Kanazawa and Fukuda. But it's still really weird to think the same girls you listed are *only* a year older than I am... They feel years older than that to me.

I'm towards the younger end of this conversation, and its quite weird to have more than just a handful of members that are younger than me.

The only ones I can think of born in my year off the top of my head are Erina, Daishi, and possibly Sayuki? I think there were a few more '97 babies, but the majority seem to be in '98~00 nowadays.
