Has anyone compiled a list of former Eggs who became MM members?

Off the top of my head, I would list them, in order of their joining MM: LinLin, Fukumura, Kudo, Oda, Makino, Haga, Kaga, Yokoyama.

Am I missing any?

I've always thought Tsunku's group was called Sharan Q, which is how it's listed on YouTube and Anime News Network, but on Generasia and Wikipedia they call it Sharam Q. Why the discrepancy?

She is still subleader, she just wasn't made subleader until Mizuki was leader.

To clarify (I read this too quickly and hope it helps):

Reina designated Mizuki and Haruna as co-subleaders with Sayu as leader. Mizuki was promoted to leader but Haruna stayed at subleader position, while promoting Erina as the new sub.

Erina and Mizuki's time adds up to equal Haruna's, if my math is right.

Probably after just to spite her fans. Also if they release it before she leaves, they'll almost certainly do almost no promotion for it because of how closely it would follow the single.
