^2 Days after the tour ends, but before Ayumi's graduation concert, which hasn't been announced yet.
This is a place where a signature goes. Enjoy some Airi instead.

I've been so out of the loop that I completely missed this when it was announced, lol. Their last two are among my favorites, so I'm pretty pumped for this.

15ki song!
Also I'm not entirely sure if they put the whole Hulu programm on the Bluray. Would be crazy.

Oh, and also, visuals are out.
Re: [2024.11.27] Morning Musume '24 - Professionals-17th
That's for the previous special that aired with the spring concert, not the variety program. Seems like the runtime is 46 minutes on Hulu, and the entirety of the disc is 145 minutes.

I kind of wish they left off Neverending Shine to be honest....but otherwise I'm excited

100%. This should be the new Brand New Morning. I had no problem giving Fuku all of her flowers when she graduated, but wtf is she doing on this album?Solarblade wrote: ↑Wed Oct 09, 2024 2:36 pm I kind of wish they left off Neverending Shine to be honest....but otherwise I'm excited

Yuukan na Dance preview. Exactly what you'd expect of a Tsunku/Okubo song.
Re: [2024.11.27] Morning Musume '24 - Professionals-17th
So much going on at the same time, and everything's turned up to eleven. It feels like it's running at full speed toward nothing in particular and for no apparent reason other than to aggressively run at full speed. The vibe is really uncomfortable to me, and not in a good or musical way.

Personally I'm also surprised people on twitter seem to like it so much.
Re: [2024.11.27] Morning Musume '24 - Professionals-17th
It’s very much the same as they’ve done before and I’m starting to get bored of it. They need a new sound.

Yuukan na Dance MV.
Still kinda meh about the song, but the "DO IT... you can daaaance" parts are kinda catchy.
The MV is not bad, I love several parts of it, especially Ayumi's dance break and the outside shots. They're a lot more creative now than 10 years ago with angles, lights and stuff. But I feel like compared to other idols MM's MVs still look kinda indie. Not even low budget, but just not as polished as other groups.
I like the outfits, i just think the somewhat wide/bulky/? tops are somewhat unflattering. Probably also the fabric.

Re: [2024.11.27] Morning Musume '24 - Professionals-17th
For quick blurbs, nothing really stands out. There’s nothing really fresh about it. But I’ll wait for the full thing to pass judgement. I might get surprised.

Digest videos are great, honestly. Agree with Shoujo, there's nothing amazing out there, but well, nothing horrible either I guess.

Re: [2024.11.27] Morning Musume '24 - Professionals-17th
Took a listen (and reviewed) the album.
Short version, decent album, "Koibito" (such a Platinum-era song), Muka-saki!, and Aete Yokatta were the standouts for me. Still firmly believe that Neverending Shine had no place being on the album especially since I realized Fukuchan wasn't really heavily featured in Suggoi FEVER! and Wake-up Call.
Yuukan na Dance was kind of OK, but worn out its welcome by the end of the track. Occhokochoi na Fantasia Romance and Shiawase Shisuu Happyosaretai was mid for me (though the melody of the horns in parts reminds me of Final Fantasy X-2)...definitely felt like album songs. Didn't care for Naishou da yo much (something about that style and Sakura's voice doesn't work for me).
and did MM get T.M.Revolution to do Oozora ni Mukatte? Those odd tempo drops and the electric guitar in the choruses was so odd to me lol.
