With two people leaving a group within the span of about a month, I wouldn't be surprised. That's probably not the case though, maybe people are just busy. I don't know how I didn't see this the whole weekend, I've been on the board a few times in the last few days. I've usually just been waiting until Dohhhup previews to make any judgments about songs anymore.

Actually, the person is linking the C-ute song to 2 different EXILE songs, I only found SOMEDAY. That's the one that does the DADA- DADA- DADA- DADA- DaaDaa with it's synth and percussion. The C-ute song goes DADA- DADA- DADA- DA & then repeats in a higher key, neither match the key of the EXILE song. This a completely general part of a pop song, LOVE MACHINE does it too, BIG DEAL. They might also claim that it's plagiarism because they both have high pitched synth. That's just insane. Next exhibit please..



No idea what the other song is called that has the outdoor PV, but the line where he sings "(blahblahblah)..break my heart~" sounds almost identical <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... /blink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':dammit:' /> to the melody in the C-ute song.

BUT THAT'S THE ONLY PART



It would have been nice if they explained why they were similar and give us the names of both EXILE songs.



All in all, we've seen this before in H!P, so it's possible that there was inspiration from one or both of the Exile songs, but it's not verbatim or necessarily close enough to cause any scandal (run ERIKA). I think better quality will weaken the argument.
