Morning Musume on Pop Up Japan 9/12
Starting on Saturday September 12, the NHK World Radio Japan website will have Morning Musume on the show "Pop Up Japan." Basically you will have a week to listen to it until the next episode airs (although I was able to rip the Canary Club concert they had a few weeks ago on the show). In any case, the show is in English, with its hosts Pakkun and Makkun. I've been checking the website ever since they put that amazingly creepy picture of them recording the show on their blog at the end of July. The NHK website says the guest is "Morning Musume" but the picture just has Ai and Linlin, which would make sense if they have to speak in English.
So either this episode is just a concert recording like the Canary Club episode was, or it's Ai and Linlin practicing English like the blog says. Not much to say now, but I thought you guys should have a heads up since it should be in English.

What's the first thing you do when you return home after a concert?

Oh god, I remember Pakkun and Makkun. Melon Kinenbi was on Pop Up Japan a few years back I believe and the English host bugs me. Also, IIRC, the artists don't really speak English. The show is subtitled and the hosts translate some dialogue for the audience on the fly. Then the artist sings a few songs.
Re: Morning Musume on Pop Up Japan 9/12
Well, this specifically is a radio program so it can't really be subtitled. I'm sure (I hope?) there will at least be attempts at English like at AX. I'm not really expecting much since previous Pop Up Japan shows I've heard have been pretty inane, but it's about Morning Musume in a language I can understand, so woo?
Now that's it out, yeah, most of what they say is immediately interpreted by the creepy white dude in that picture, but, hey! I know what they're saying for once! Not that it matters because the two girls barely say anything.
