What does "Recochoku Version" mean?

Post by Madara »

On the Petit Best 10 DVD, the first of two bonus tracks is the Morning Musume video for "Kimagure Princess," labeled "Recochoku Version." I looked up Recochoku on Google and it refers to some kind of cellophone distribution of music. So does that mean that this video was distributed only to cellphones? What's different about it from other versions of the video? (This is so far the first and only version I've seen of it.)

Thanks.

I also wondered what it meant. From a total shot in the dark guess it might mean that this was the version released on the cellphone? I know the cellphone PV versions are always released first so maybe it was edited differently from the official PV version. But I have no idea. Sounds good doesn't it? D:

Recochoku is a Japanese cell phone ringtone/music download site. This version of Kimagure Princess was primarily released through Recochoku as a sort of preview to the actual PV.
