So you are a dwarf Rogue and you need to escape through a chamber (cave?) full of traps. Good thing: save points (mushrooms) are plenty and you can die in a trap unlimited number of times. Bad thing: the cave is being flooded with water, and the water does kill you instantly and for good.
If you played and loved the infamous Owata game, you should love Flood the Chamber too. It's not as wacky as Owata, but also frustrating in a similar manner and certainly more difficult. And has a cute intro too, even if it doesn't make much sense.
The furthest I got after a few tries was the middle of the second level:
