S/mileage Imminent Debut

I was going to post in the single's thread (I actually did it and then deleted it) but then I started finding more information so maybe this is enough for a new topic?



First, S/mileage is going to open their official site on the 26th, where we'll be able to finally read Yuuka's and Saki's blogs. The URL will be: http://www.s-mileage.jp/



And Up Front Official YouTube channel has also posted a cute welcome video for the group here. It seems they are almost prepared for their debut although it feels quieter than °C-ute's... By the way, does anyone know if they are already on tour with Erina? I can't wait for the DVD!

S/mileage were the opening act for the Buono's ~We Are Buono!~ live tour over the weekend.



They've had a few television appearances in conjunction with other groups. They'll be on a Fuji TV program with Mano. But most notable was that one on Mezamashi. Dawa did just appear with the other group eaders and Mano in a little News TV segment promoting their latest concert. [Link]



They've also been in a lot of idol magazines, especially B.L.T and did a promotion with Mari for Love Berry.



Separately and together they all do plays/musicals, and television work. They were also given a FanClub web radio program like Takahashi Ai's recently. S/mileage no Takeoff, Which debut in December.



So I think it's more of a sneak attack to the pubic so people will know them apart from S/mileage and together as S/mileage which I think is a good idea to do before hand but that may just be me. Because they seem to be all over the place in the small cloistered H!P fandom.

It is S/mileage, although their logo has been changing each single and now the S has a crown. I remember the "a" was a heart in aMa no Jaku too...

I think they're still S/mileage. For a while we were thinking it was now just "Smileage" because on the H!P site they started writing the group's name in katakana. But since on that cover they have the katakana under the romanized "S/mileage", I'm guessing that the slash is still part of the "official" romanization.



That, or this is Biyuuden/v-u-den/viyuuden 2.

As Haru said, all of them have twitter accounts now! And Kanon has been updating at 2 am... There shouldn't be any law against that? I mean, those accounts are still part of their jobs. And the website is on and it is cute with a really cute image in the front page!







Those clothes are not the ones they have been using for the 4th single but they are similar so I don't know if that is still part of the promo material for the single or for something else. I just don't understand why Kanon and Yuuka are using the same colors.

At least they have different tie styles? I think Fukuda's is darker than Maeda's. Like maybe more red than pink. But the front page image is randomized so it took me a few reloads to actually see the original <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... >/rofl.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Yeah, Fukuda's is red while Maeda's is pink. Then Ayaka's is purple/blackish, and Saki's is blue.

Although I think I just got them crossed.
