Today a weird thing happened. The WP plugin copied one of Mano's recent entry but...only the title and url. The content was all from a separate day. If I hadn't checked the original, I might have missed that.



I fixed it manually but I'm not sure why the glitch happened.



Also, is it just me or has there been a big boom in site visitors recently? Usually we have about 2-3k page hits but yesterday it was over 5,500 hits. Is this all from the Saki stuff? Weird -- I didn't even think she was that popular <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... nfused.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

You just need to refresh to see the ribbon.

And can you see the post dates on her RSS feed?

Also, I think page views have been high mostly just the last few days, and that's probably attributed to Saki's grad and Miya's birthday (birthdays always seem to see a spike). That said, I think the average is creeping up slowly too, so hopefully the word's getting out a bit. :) I'd say that's happening with overall visits too, if not in quite a flashy fashion, so being consistent. XD

I have an easy 2-part question but I just needed to make sure because it changes the sentence. Mano is talking about how her older brother brought her mentos as an omiyage. She writes:



海外行くと

必ずお土産を買ってきてくれる兄

When he goes overseas,

my older brother always buys me a souvenir. (right? I'm not sure if the brother is the subject or Mano is)



海外キティちゃんがあると

いつもそれなんだけど,

オーストラリアに行った時は

コアラのぬいぐるみでした。笑

If there is a Hello Kitty from overseas

it is always pretty much that

but when he went to Australia

it was a koala stuffed toy. haha.

Just a heads up, I'll be in Japan from 8/30 ~ 9/14 so I can't translate during that time. I might be able to pick up a few entries here and there if I need some rest time between all the running around, but probably not much. Could someone cover Sayu during that time? It'd be great if someone could do some of Kikka or Kago too, but I know Sayu alone is a big task.

I can try to cover Sayu for the week or two - some of the other blogs seem a bit slower these days, and with a few girls also not posting for a few days due to sickness it's been a bit slow for me. Plus I should have more time available to translate starting now as well.
