I wrote my thought of the show (and what happened during it) in the spoilerbox, so you ought not look at my spoilerbox before seeing the show.

That baldy made me think so hard of a pedophile.. With Sakura and Kanon especially, poor girls... And after, Riho & Ayumi when he throw them.. And touched Mizuki's ass, tried to twist Riho's ankle, spitted on Ayumi.. I don't see the fun here . I surely missed something about the goal of the show but I really feel bad for them to have participated to this.

Since I don't know Japanese I always see this shows skipping some parts :(
I only saw about Zukki, Sakura and Riho's ankle twist, didn't even know that guy touched Mizuki's but and spitted on Ayumi O-o
Since it's another country it might be just a different sense of humor (since it was supposed to be 'funny'...)
 
I remember I saw a gif of another tv show and one of the MC's gave a flying kick to an Idol, don't know who she was but I think the old S/mileage was on that show too

Every once in awhile I like to browse through nico and see if there's any uploads there that might not be on youtube. Unfortunately this means you have to have an account to watch these links but it's very easy to sign up. It'll take you like 30 seconds and you'll get to see all these videos as your reward.

I think it boils down to this: generally speaking the faster and more upbeat the song, the better Sakura sounds singing it. That's her sweet spot. For one thing, her voice has a sharp, almost harsh timbre, and her vibrato is very fast. For another thing, her effective range is fairly limited, especially in the lower range. Her voice control isn't the best, either. Singing in a group will hide pretty much all of these things, but singing solo will expose them. Given the right material, she can sound really impressive, but she should probably avoid songs like "Suppin to Namida." Then again, she sounds really good singing "Iki wo Kasanemashou."

About Haruna, she still have many difficulties but at least, she improved since her debut ^^' (well, I think).

PS--- If we're getting the announcement of 12ki at the 9/30 Budokan, do you think at that same concert they'll read a letter from Tsunku about who will be the new leader, too??

Yes, they were really nice with her (I also heard many "Ganbatte !").
 
In my opinion they'll announce it during first MC of Sayu's grad (by Sayumi herself).
I don't remember when it was during Ultra Smart though.

I actually have to give wota credit because I heard a mostly equal amount of cheering for each girl. Yeah, there was definitely a spike in volume for the most popular girls like Sayu and Riho but there was a lot of enthusiasm for even the least popular members.  That's nice to see - often in kpop performances you'll see a huge disparity in cheers from one member to the next (total silence during most of the member's solos and sudden thunderous screaming when the most popular member's line comes up) and truthfully it's a bit of a downer. I'd kind of grown accustomed to it since I am a pretty active kpop fan these days and am much lazier about keeping up with jpop.
