JapanFiles.com is hosting a new digital download H&A single to coincide with their performance at Sakura-con (Apr 10-12). The single is available for download TODAY (Apr 10). Source and preview: H!O It sounds kinda cool. I don't think they've lost anything since their mini-album, so good for them!

Not too bad, judging from the preview. Too bad I don't have any extra money right now to purchase it... Hopefully it isn't a limited time thing, because I would like to buy it, just not at the moment.

So far, judging from the sample, it sounds great. I'm really enjoying the falsetto kicks from the verse. To me this sounds vocally better than anything both Rika and Yossie have taken part in. It really steps away from that "idol" voice that most H!P artists have adapted.

I'm not really feeling the high voices that kind of dominate the preview. I'll think about it more before buying. It's only 99 cents, but I don't know if I want to both signing up for an account with Japan Files.



I'm a little suspicious of it's digital download only status, since the download is only available to those in the US, Canada, and Mexico and....it's in Japanese. I could understand if it was an all-English song they did as a special for the foreign fans (ala Maki's Korean self-covers), but it's hard to believe they're not going to make a Japanese song available to the Japanese at all. If it doesn't get released on a physical copy in Japan, I'd at least expect to see it available as a download to them as well.

Remember that JapanFiles is mainly for the NA market. iTunes Japan is also hosting the song for 200Y.

I thought the same thing as Geof when I signed up at japanfiles.
