How do I get tickets for a Hello Project concert?

I'll be going to Japan next month and am thinking of going to a Hello!Project 2009 SUMMER concert in Osaka (august 1st or 2nd). How can I buy a ticket? Is july 19th (when I land in Tokyo) too late to reserve a seat? What is the difference between the ippan seats and the family seats?



Also where can I find the live schedule for Melon Kinenbi?
