Oh man, what happened to Bono? And The Edge is looking really short-- oh, wait.

In honor of two Haru's making it into Morning Musume, Big Bang are releasing a Japanese version of Haru Haru in November.

They are also releasing a Best of Album in Japan full of Japanese songs.

Japan has no love for anyone puffin' the magic g-dragon. But really, it's not like we didn't see this coming?

At least TOP is clean, for now. Image From this statement it's like he didn't know. But seriously, unless you live under a rock it's hard NOT to know.

Korea and Japan, blow it up or blow it over.

This just hurts 2NE1 and the rest of BIG BANG in the long run.

“I smoked a cigarette that someone had given me at a club,” G-Dragon said. “The smell was somewhat different from that of a regular cigarette so I was slightly suspicious that it was marijuana, but it is true that I smoked it,” he said.

I deeply regret not going to that show. Despite loving WG, I wasn't interested in 2PM at all (I'm still not, except now I have a soft spot for Nichkun thanks to WGM) and I just didn't make the effort to go. I think it was an Atlanta person that gave JYP the sombrero he wore for like 3 weeks.

Full mini-album released, which you can listen to at Allkpop. Yays. :)

I haven't had time to listen to the entire album yet, but I liked Blue and Daesung's solo

The Chicago WG concert was pretty ruined by the legions of korean girls screaming the entire fucking time so you couldn't hear anything. :/ I really don't understand concerts, which is why I watch dvds of it instead so I can get the experience, but *gasp* actually hear the fucking music that I enjoy. Btw, 2pm was way better than WG at that thing.

Things that made me laugh about the Bad Boy video -

1. Creepin' on white models. LMAO wut. You dragged their asses to NYC to film a PV, then not get the fly girls from rap videos? It's such a disconnect not to see the juicy ladies I associate in rap videos and some awkward models that ain't even that perdy.

2. Group dougie.

3. That hair

4. That shoulder dance flirt thing

5. Those lyrics are the lifetime manifesto of some chicks I know, so not entirely related but related

WOW. FANTASTIC BABY.

TOP's a sea captain! BOOM SHAKA LAKA.

I love it, frankly. However, I will be using "Wow. Fantastic baby" as a running joke for the rest of the year.

Edit: ...I just realized they put Daesung amongst a bunch of wrecked cars. My love for this MV has suddenly dimished significantly. WHAT ARE YOU THINKING, YG?

Boom Shaka Laka. I think I should make that my new ring tone.

Oh and these type of songs are my favorite Big Bang songs.

Everyone got their turn with the wrecked cars, I think it might have been unavoidable? I mean in a post-apocalyptic world, you could have put a bunch of old unused buildings, but since they aren't aloud into North Korea, burned out old heaps of metal was the next best thing. I'm sure everyone and their mother in Korea is going to pick up on that scene though and call Daesung insensitive when it probably wasn't even his choice. Blame the director.

Okay, but seriously, no one else had a scene that was just car wreckage. And this is their first round of promotions since the accident. VERY poorly timed and there's no way someone didn't catch that. Part of me can't help but imagine how the motorcyclist's family would feel seeing that.

My obsession with how funny boat captain TOP is, however, cannot be decreased. I've changed my FB timeline cover accordingly. My profile photo is me with a monocle and moustache, too, so I look appropriately fancy.

Also, PQ: I made that BOOM SHAKA LAKA loop my ringtone hours after the video was released.

The live performances of Fantastic Baby are the greatest thing ever to happen to K-Pop. Especially the Inkigayo comeback show and stage. Just sayin'.

I'm probably going to be hated on a lot for this, but am I the only one that thinks Big Bang has been pretty much all bark and no bite from 2011-now? I mean with the ridiculous amount of hype and promotion they get, they haven't really delivered on the music. Sure, Fantastic Baby is a pretty great song, but were the other songs on the mini-album really "title track" worthy? Their mini-album turned full album last year was pretty lame, too. Just Japanese song remakes and boring filler like "CAFE".

I love Big Bang and think they're immensely talented, and their popularity is certainly deserved, but I've been thinking that they've been a little lackluster lately. And the hype surrounding every one of their releases always seems to overshadow the final product.

GD finds naked TOP erotic. Fanserviciest thing I've ever read. 10 points for "Fantastic Body" though.

I didn't start liking BB until 2011. I preferred GD&TOP's album over BB's initial comeback album in a broad sense. I really love CAFE, though. I find it so soothing for some reason (during all the non-GD parts and especially TOP's).

I think Blue and Bad Boy were both good songs and I haven't taken the time to listen to the others. I may revisit this topic once I do.

I have to give in, I have such a celebcrush on TOP. I have a thing for deep voices.

I didn't like the video, but I like jamming to Bad Boy in my car. It reminds me of the old school r+b/rap that was popular in the 90s. Aside from that and Fantastic Baby I didn't click with anything else on the album. It's good enough for me though. I think I jammed to Tonight for a good year straight.
