It's another Sakura graduation song like they have every year. And I really like this one. It's a sad ballad.

I like how yet again (after Shunji Iwai and Mika Ninagawa) they got a high profile director (Hirokazu Koreeda) to do the PV. Even if on the first listen the song is a major snorefest (and I'm normally a sucker for this kind of songs), the budget thrown at the PV production really shows in many subtle ways. That's one of the AKB's gimmicks that I truly wish UFA would blatantly steal.
