I think a lot of people guessed at Kojiharu possibly graduating around the Heart Ereki period but that didn't happen.
 
Honestly I'm not surprised Takamina is before her though, since she's older than Kojiharu. I expected Takamina to graduate before Acchan did. Though going by "who's oldest" has never worked for graduation predictions before.
 
I think it's the end of no3b without Takamina though, unless they're going to add random people. My favourite subunit.
 
(though I don't think AKB has been doing a lot with their subunits these days, only French Kiss/DiVA released something this year and DiVA disbanded.)

The only good thing to come out of that was Mii-chan is Team K captain, but I don't even follow them anymore because of stuff like this. It's too much. STOP IT AKI-P.

It seems like a waste of time to have Kashiwagi hold concurrent membership in a group that hasn't even announced members yet. Double positions are so dumb.

And I'll continue to listen to their music to the point I have no idea who anyone is anymore. I think I'm down to like 5-6 members that I know and the rest are complete unknowns at this point.

I still care for a few "golden gen"ers from this group, so I haven't entirely abandoned them yet, but it'll happen once Yuki, both Minamis, and a handful of others leave. Nothing is the same without Yuko, but they peripherally hold my interest until all of them are gone. I'm actually interested in this team shuffle solely because of Kashiwagi's reaction though; that's some variety queen level reacting, so I almost want to see a video of it now.

I'm pretty much at that point.  The only newer member to stand out to me was Yokoyama Yui, and that was... four years ago.  I hadn't even heard of Paruru until she won the Janken tournament, LOL.  I never learned the names of many "unknown" members even at the height of my fandom but it feels odd to not even be familiar with a lot of the front girls anymore.

Haruna Kojima is the only one of the six I've heard of. (And she was with AKB48 when they came to NYC in 2009.)

Two of them fluent in English and they didn't say a word of English in their video message on the Japan Day website (in the link I provided), a message for people going to this event in a place where they speak, y'know, English?

Yay, Sashihara on top! It's interesting how much my opinion of her changed from the last time she won. I remember not liking her face then, but I've come to rather like her since her "scandal" and the documentaries showing the aftermath of that.


Mayu as center was great too, so I'll miss her being there, but yay Sashihara!
