Ai vs Risa

I hope this is the right place for this topic. Please forgive me if it isn't.

I posted this a couple weeks ago on a blog under Hello-online and received 7 comments. I may get more here and I want to see what people think.

If Ai and Risa were in a vocal battle who would win?

I am yet unsure. Ai-chan's range is broader and she is capable of holding notes longer, but I love Risa's low range deep voice.

May I get you opinions?

Well I am still new to all this. I will be happy to delete and move this to the appropriate place. Once I get used to posting and stuff I will hopefully never put things in the wrong spot. My apologies :(

I'd wait till one of the mod's for this section or an admin can move it. But please pay more attention before starting a thread in the future.

You seem like a good noob and with proper training I'm sure you can be a great active member, but you don't need to prove yourself so quickly. Also, if you have questions ask someone before just throwing posts around like your Tsunku deciding on song for his groups.

I thought the fact that it said H!P Chat kinda gave away the fact that H!P stuff goes in there?

See, now I'm wondering which one would be better at melee attacks because that's the one I'm putting my money on. I don't think these skinny waif girls could handle the recoil on the bigger guns especially if they aren't trained. One shot - the noise and recoil would shock them and the shot would be missed. Thus the melee user goes for the kill. But if they both draw melee weapons, now that's a hard choice.

As for answering the question.

I put my money or Airi to come in and attack them both with a golf club. Because it's quiet obvious she doesn't use them to play golf with since she sucks at it.

But if I had to pick one of the two, Takahashi. Risa can't get out of Morning Musume fast enough for me. I've never liked her or her singing. And you can't make me like her either.

Oh FFS, you selection of ignorant children.

Now gather around and listen to Daddy - Ai and Risa.

Both are good singers, very good within an idol context. Risa has the more powerful voice and is better at higher registers where Ai develops a bit of a vibrato. Ai is better at lower registers and subjectively I think she is the better interpreter.

Just be thankful they have both been carrying MM for years and now a gaping abyss of vocal ineptitude and mediocrity is all that there is left to look forward to.

Look I'm still working on my thesis on Rika's boobies but I will try and fit in a complete investigation into Ai's butt as well.

Sometimes there just aren't enough hours in the day.......

I am absolutely tired of hearing Ai's voice, so I would prefer Risa singing any day. Besides my bias it's Risa's voice that got me into Musume in the first place.
