The song is a little more electro-y than Help me!!, but other than that it's good. The dance is really cool, and Riho and Ayumi have a little dance duet in the middle.

Well, this is waaay better than what I was expecting, even though some parts of it are uncannily similar to Wakuteka and Help Me. Also, literally the exact same synth from Samui ne. I enjoy it and the video looks like it's going to be good, but I'm almost embarrassed by how derivative it is of other recent H!P songs.

I WASN'T EXPECTING THIS!!! So my following statement reflects that.



I totally didn't realize it was Morning Musume when I first put the video on. Since I watched it on my ipod and I was barely awake when I saw the link on facebook.



I was literally blown away by the amazing camera work and dancing and the lighting. And kept wondering who it was. I honestly couldn't believe it was Morning Musume.

Now that I watch it again, I can see it's Morning Musume (bigger screen on the computer and better speakers~Hur!)



I have no idea how they'll figure in anything other then the standard close up shots for a PV. That dance though. That's some awesome sauce right there.

OK, so waking up at 5:30AM for no reason sucked, but I saw Tsunku's tweet in my Twitter feed, and WOW!



I love how they're releasing dance shots waaaay early. It just gives me more time to like the song, which, I guess, is the point. I'm just so impressed with what they've done recently!



From what I've seen, the outfits are cute! I'm surprised they didn't give Reina her own color.



I like Masaki here, too! I like her normally, but it seems they're not telling her to be super-duper squeaky here. They're going in the right direction. Sakura sounds amazing, too. I kind of dread Riho's lines live, but she normally sounds pretty good canned.



I'll probably find something to gripe about later when I'm more awake. Right now it's that OMG NEW MM glow... and also 6AM.

Her jacket is the only one that's open, so her outfit is slightly different.

I love how the girls use deep voices especially Reina it sounds so much better. The dance is cool and the outfits are actually nice!! I have nothing nevgative right now.

This is completely a sequel to Help Me, but it's like a video game sequel where part 2 is better than the first. The problem is when they get to part 3 and it inevitably fucks up the franchise.



Also, if you're sending Reina off to join a rock band, her final single should be, I dunno, ROCK!

I like the sound. Their electronic style is something I'm getting used to (especially since it's so different from just about all other types of electro), but I kind of can't stand how many build-up sections MM's songs have had lately. The song is a real step-up from Help Me!!. I really like the dance (except the legs-together standing move in the chorus) and it's clear they're putting real effort into making challenging dances that fans'll want to cover.



Also, I want an "oh no you di'nt" GIF of 0:35 ASAP.

but holy crap this song is really fantastic! I guess they decided to stick with a sound that's making them money and I can see where that would get tiresome, but still. And they're really stepping up the dancing and production values, which is a plus! I can only expect good things~

Sakura's lines are the highlight for me. She is so awesome. Reina's were really awesome too.

The song feels a little schizophrenic to me, but so did the last two and they both grew on me a lot. This and Help Me do kind of feel like having the same shirt in two different colors... BUT I like it. I am genuinely shocked that it wasn't Tanaka Reina feat. Morning Musume.

Sakura's in red. In the beginning and end she, Mizuki, Ayumi, and Riho dance together while everyone else just does arm things.

I watched it this morning on my phone while I was procrastinating getting out of bed and I had soo many questions. I'm watching it again now on my computer at work, but unfortunately without sound. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... hahaha.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':hahaha:' /> From what I remember of the sound this morning, I really liked it. I'm a little sad that it's so heavily autotuned, but it sounds good overall. A few girls who normally sound bad or squeeky sounded better and seemed to be using their big girl voices. Although I can't tell how much of that is just a lot of autotune. And it seems like the lines were a lot more spread out this time? Some places that I thought were solos might be duets/small groups though, I need to watch again with sound.



It's called the "ルーズショット Ver." not "Dance Shot" - I guess that's read "Loose Shot"? So I don't know if that's supposed to be some alternate lingo for dance shot, or if "loose shot" is supposed to imply some in-progress version like they did with Wakuteka?



The part where they rotate around the circle and do the head wagging thing (0:36ish) is exactly like part of Wakuteka, so much so that I feel like it has to be an on purpose homage. I just don't understand why? The fist pumping move at 1:14 looks familiar too, but I can't remember what it's from.



The costumes are awesome. It's nice to see something well fitted and not in neon.

There's fist pumping in Wakuteka too. They do it during the Tsunku-tune parts near the end. The circle thing is the only place Eripon/Kanon/Haruka get any lines so I won't complain about it.

I like it. The dance, the set, the lighting, the outfits, the song -- all good stuff. Sakura keeps getting better and better every time I hear her. She probably has more natural singing talent than anybody else in H!P at the moment.

I like it better than I expected but it really is like they took the last few singles and mashed them together, both song and dancewise. Out of the past four, including this one, HELP ME!! still ranks number one for me.



But the PV looks like it has SO much potential based on just the dance shot.

The song has no climax, so it's a little static throughout with no high point to really wake it up, but I like everything else going on here. No strained vocals, no ugly notes, and still that great electronica sound I love.



It's releases like this that make me proud to be a fan, then make me realize how long it's been since I felt that way.

This is why I really think it was done on purpose. The pieces from the other songs are so obvious and direct, I'm wondering if it's supposed to be some sort of tribute to Reina's time getting a ton of spotlight? Not like she didn't get a lot of lines before the 5th gen was totally gone, but it seems like One-Two-Three to now have really been more Reina focused than ever.



I guess we'll get Tsunku's cooky explanation of how he wrote the song soon enough.

This is fucking horrendous, I can't even listen to it. The vocals make me want to shoot myself in the face, as usual with their recent stuff. They're so processed, high-pitched and just plain grating, its embarrassing. The synths have way too much treble, as is also usual with pretty much anything H!P in the last year or two. Its pretty solid that I'm never going to like anything from them again and I am embarrassed to even be associated with their fandom anymore. Also hilarious they're making 75 versions of the single again to get more sales. I dunno, I think the song is messy... again. But it'll probably grow on me. I like some parts of the dance.



Also I had some serious "what" moments when I realized who was singing at certain points, Ayumi sounds different to me (her voice got better I think) for some reason. Also, is Haruka wearing a hat again? I can't tell where Erina and Mizuki are, I think I confused Mizuki for Ayumi.

Haruka does have a hat. Ayumi also has pigtails, versus Mizuki's regular ponytail, but like Saya said, the quality is bad so it's hard to see anyone.

This costume flatters Kanon, they need to keep this up.



I am loving the Sakura/Mizuki/Ayumi pushes. Sakura grows on me more and more every day, and I think she definitely has my second place spot at the moment.



LET RIHO SING IN THIS REGISTER ALL THE TIME OH MY GOD.



I saw some "Renai Hunter" type dancing in it this time too.



Still can't really get into the song, but pretty much it makes me hopeful for the future (unlike AEUG haha).
