New Unit! - Country•Girls

I actually sent one in for this but it was immediately rejected because I don't have consent... I didn't expect it to do anything though.

I feel like they did this because they don't want this group outshining MM's 12th gen? Idk...
But yeah it is annoying for them to keep doing this. Like, what are you training Kenshuusei for if you don't want any of them in groups?

I think it also sends a bad message for future auditions. Why audition to join a company when their most recent ones have had no winners?

Well, in a pretty odd twist, there's a new unit (possibly stemmed from this), NEW UNIT: Country Girls
 
Members are Inaba (KSS), Yamaki (KSS), Shimamura Uta, Ozeki Mai, and Morito Chisaki
 
general manager is Satoda and "manager" Momochi
 
They will participate at the H!P Winter concerts

So basically Country Musume auditions did have some good girls (or 12th gen auditions)! Really glad for Manakan, I had a feeling she'd be in CM or now CG because she's from Hokkaido.

Are they under H!P or UFP?

Nothing about that is know quite yet, I would assume that being a CM revival, they would be H!P but no idea.

Are they a legitimate group or are they going to be a unit like Buono or Satoyama/umi?  I'm glad Risa and Manaka are debuting.

Also Tsunku is not producing them, but will be a part of H!P
 
Apparantly, there will be more information about them on HaroSute this week.

They're all adorable. Uta is a real beauty. Yuka apparently thought the same thing I did when I saw her, because she also thinks she looks just like J=J's Akari.

Uta's reaction was so cute. Ozeki Mai knew what was up as soon as Mai showed herself

Mai was really cute! I like her a lot! I'm so happy Manakan is debuting though, she needed to.

Uta was so shy! I'm interested in seeing how she will develop. Chisaki reminds me of Momokuro. These girls are all really cute~ The looks level is getting higher in H!P. I can't wait to see them perform together!

All the other girls had really long hair anyways, so why make her get a shortcut? They had to have cut someone else's hair too.

Lovvvvvvvvve the hair. Very Gouriki Ayame.  Very short hair looks excellent on young girls (Kudo, etc) and I wish more girls would be daring like that. Super short hair on older women who are anything less than super stylish or gorgeous can veer into tired-mom territory but it almost always looks cute on young girls!
