I usually like Tsunku's Latin inspired stuff, but this just isn't doing it for me yet. The chorus feels awkward and isn't particularly memorable.

I'm not sure if I should listen to it or what, I feel like I should wait until they release the MV on Harosute. (But since Harosute is cutting every MV/Dance Shot they release... there's not a big difference)

I know exactly what you mean.  It's the timing of that one part.  It reminds me of a mix of Cinderella Complex with Iroppoi Jirettai.
