I cried during Mikaeri Bijin, one track down each cheek. Though to be fair, I had just dropped a chair onto my already-sore big toe so I was quite teary already.

I feel like the translation for Mikaeri Bijin could have been a bit more graceful....

I didn't really comprehend this till now, but I wonder if we will get to read the letters Sayumi wrote to each of the girls are the end of the MIkaeri Bijin? You can see each member's letter laid out around "itsumo oshiete kureta hito," "you were the one who always taught her that."

People on H!O have been wondering that too. In all likelihood, the envelopes used in the video were just props, and there's no reason to assume there was anything in them. This is my opinion.

Technically there's red for Koharu also, though I only saw it in Haruna's earrings (wasn't really looking that hard for it though) and even then it might just be dark orange.
 
I definitely like Mikaeri Bijin the most out of all of the songs. Shabadabadoo is so cute and it fits her voice. I actually hoped for something more electro-pop like Lalala no Pipipi but I like the video, even if I'm not a big fan of the song.

The ending to Mikaeri Bijin is sad but its a beautiful song and PV. My crying only intensified when the girls were opening their letters. Didn't they say there was something special about the letters? Maybe they were real letters and those were their real reactions upon first opening them. Just a guess. Some of the girls did look on the verge of tears when opening them.

If you look close, Haruka actually did shed a tear while reading her letter. I lasted like 15 seconds before crying when I watched the full pv...

Mikaeri Bijin's lyrics are so beautiful :) Despite my opinion on TIKI BUN I think this is a great single :)

All those hypes over Mikaeri Bijin....After a few listens I got sick of it. Tiki bun, on the other hand, is still on my replay list (even though I didn't like it at first). Tsunku is still the best after all.

I was hoping for lines for Duu but well.. Reina's lines should have been sung by Sakura imo (or Mizuki with her powerful voice, or Duu) ^^'. But I still really like the performance because Shabondama .

So I just had this huge revelation. Sayumi's first song with MM was Shabondama, Shabadabadoo could be turned into Shabondama with only changing a few letters. Also, on the limited cover, there are bubbles, and Sayumi is blowing bubbles in the PV as well as there are dots (or in this case the word "bubble" would be used) throughout the PV.

No one has mentioned stock issues. And day one is mostly preorders anyway. Maybe the non-hardcore fans found it underwhelming. I did.

These are the second-highest first day sales in recent times, right? I'm happy with it, but I was keeping my expectations low because of the sales for the last single.

Does anyone know how well Kanjani does during the week usually? There's still a small sliver of hope if MM sells more during the week.

Though honestly I didn't expect them to get #1 with this kind of competition.

I haven't heard of extensive promotion for this like some other singles. They might be saving better stuff for when Sayu leaves because they'll need it more.
