Kobushi Factory - New KSS Unit

The lineup and overall vocal ability makes me think this is the new cutesy group lol. I like Natsumi but overall this isn't a super exciting lineup for me. I'll have to wait and see how their music turns out.

And I agree, out of those 8, 5 are known for their cute vocals (Hamaura, Taguchi, Nomura, Fujii, and Ogawa) while Wadasaku and Ayapan have stronger vocals....and iono how Reirei sounds so shes the wild card for me here

I feel bad that Tanabe just left because I feel like she probably would've made it into one of these units.


I've been under the impression that Sakurako was a terrible singer but I'll take your word for it.

She's gotten better, but she's still awful, imo. She has a very flat tone and frequently goes off pitch.

Oh! What i meant was she has deeper vocals compared to the others, but Ayaka has strong vocals from what i heard in her performances, my bad lol

Yeah I'm also sad about Nanami... I feel like she could've been in this group. But good for KSS, 15 of them have debuted now (in the past couple months). I'm excited for Rena am of course Hama-chan. I've always wanted Hama-chan and Tagucchi to be in the same group as well so that's nice. I also really like Sakurako and Nomura has a nice voice. I've never been interested in Fujii and know nothing about the others, so I lok forward to their future activities!


Well here's to hoping they will debut Ruru in MM some day.

Ayano <3 My interest in this group is already high.
Based on these singing samples, Sakurako and Ayaka have the best voices of the group. Keep in mind that I didn't analyze any of them very much.
I look forward to their debut.

I'm excited for Hirose and Natsumi. Here's a performance featuring Ayano and Natsumi as well as J=J's Karin and Sayuki, and former Egg Nanami. I think it shows off Natsumi's voice better than the clips in that video.

On the H!P site there's a statement saying how now the name will be announced later. Guess they haven't thought of one yet.

I really hope their style is close to early Berryz. I don't really want them to be Berryz replacement but I already think of them like that even though we have nothing from them. Plus I've been listening through the Kanjuku set and I really miss the old Berryz style.
