The fact that they're heavily edited purikura means Up Front could pull a Miyabi and basically never acknowledge they even exist.

The issue is she's wearing the exact same clothes she wore in a blog post so it's pretty easy to tell it's here LOL also the necklace is one she wears a lot.  I feel so bad that she will likely be punished just for trying to be a normal person.

Her hiatus makes it easy for UpFront to ignore this in the near term, and easier to just slide her back in at a later date without acknowledging it at all if they so choose.

I hope they don't care anymore. I guess we'll find out soon enough. Mai was 20 when her shit went down, which might have played a role in management just blowing it off. Rena just turned 17, so who knows. It's all so silly to me.

Yupp. There's two scenarios:
 
1. Rena isn't really that popular, Kobushi isn't that popular, they're gonna let it slide, especially since the purikla is heavily edited they're gonna pull a Miyabi. 
2. They have to set a warning example. Chisato and Mai getting caught walking with men when they're nearly out already (and over 20) vs. lovey-dovey photographs, one with a kiss, together forever in a group that has to go on for some years? That's it, bye. 
 
The second scenario of course also depends on whether or not they're just going to say "yeah she's not coming back" or if they'll say more.

Hello!Project has never thrown anyone out for dating, the girls always "leave" on their own accord. But hell if this is bad timing so soon after Rio. I wouldn't be surprised if they make some big management changes to the group behind the scenes. They were doing SO well the beginning of the year and then all this happened. I'm sure the company is feeling a bit embarrassed by the whole thing. I hope everything works out though. I really liked Rena. :\ I was slowly starting to form a solid ranking with the group and then my top two are fizzled up.

This is legitimately what I was thinking.  Like....she was already probably anxious about it, maybe they even broke up and HE is the one that leaked the pics and she has had heightened anxiety about the break up which is why the anxiety announcement was made?  Who knows.  Anyway she overtook Hama as my favorite in Kobushi so I'm kind of bummer.
 
 
And as a pan girl even though she's my favorite it doesn't upset me in the slightest she has a boyfriend like..I'm happy for her.

I feel like it's probably written down vaguely and just talks about maintaining a certain image. I still don't think they're gonna break her contract, though.
