I think their harmonies were just off. Once your in the wrong key, and your the only one signing it and you have nothing in the music to help you get back on track you kind of just have to roll with it.

Anderei pointed out it’s also probably because this is a DVD only single that they only uploaded short forms.

I wonder when these were all filmed. Maybe before they decide to make Manner Mode the lead? Because Kisoku definitely feels like it got the a-side MV treatment.

Debuted at 2 on the DVD chart and 6 on the Blu-Ray chart. They don't put out daily sales figures so we won't know until the end of the week.

I'm rather surprised to see decent MVs considering that these singles probably sell less than a normal one.

If you're gonna sell a DVD single you gotta make sure the MVs are nice. The BluRay version is also stupid expensive. It's nearly the same price as the DVD version of a full concert.

I enjoyed the single overall, but I don't feel like the videos were that special? Kisoku was elevated by... half a plot, a swing and mirrored camera angles? Kimi Dake had the pretty effects, but it wasn't complicated animation, I feel like it was par for the course. Manner Mode had the most work put in for sure, but Iunno, man. I wouldn't buy this release, especially sans CD.


Also, Kimi Dake still sounds kind of icky in studio version. The three leads sounds rather shrill together. It reminds me of Itoshima Distance in that its quality as a song is dampened by unusually weak vocals. It's a shame as it's probably my favorite song on the single.

Well I don’t think they chose the right two to do it though. Should’ve been Take-chan and Dawa or something.

I don't mean just the ad-libs, kind of the whole thing. It was less noticeable when the group was much smaller and they had fewer weaker vocalists. Now they've gotten pretty big and nearly each gen has added a girl who doesn't bring much to the table vocally.
