So my seat was waaaaay in the back. You know MM is not yet DOOOOMED when you still have to pay a lot for a bad seat. But in all seriousness, it actually worked out well because I wasn't surrounded by as many over-the-top wota as last time. The guy next to me got a bit crazy at the end, but mostly he was contained in his area. Most of the people there seemed to be Ai fans, but then again this is her graduation tour so I'm sure she was getting extra support. I wore one of Pumo's t-shirts in yellow :D
I got there about 30 minutes before the doors opened, figuring that would give me time to get goods before the show started. I think this worked for me at Rival Survival, but this time the goods line was absurdly slow. I barely got through in time to get to my seat before the show started. There weren't that many people in front of me either. I think the smaller hall just wasn't well set up for goods sales to be going on at the same time as a long line of people were going to their seats.
Anyway, show report!
Kishiwada Namikiri Hall (Osaka) - Afternoon Show
1. Mr. Moonlight -> All of the girls were in white princess dresses with Takahashi dressed as the prince and singing all the lines (minus Gaki's opening). Eripon got to be the main princess that Prince Takahashi flirted with.
2. Kono chikyuu wo honki de negatterun da yo!
3. Kare to issho ni omise ga shitai! -> After the opening VTR thing introducing each of the girls, they came back out in the Kare to Issho costumes and did the two A-sides back to back. For a long time I thought I was watching Zukki dance really stiffly and not move much, but then I realized it was actually Gaki. After these songs she was back to her normal self, so I'm not sure what was up. Reina really annoyed me right off the bat - for almost all of the songs she sang in an extra helium Minnie Mouse voice, which is such a waste of her talent but hey, she's been doing that for years. Sayu was super cute during Kare to Issho. The helium voice works for her. <img src='

MC -> Short little bit about Riho's return, Aika's absence, and Takahashi's comments on her impending graduation. Takahashi talked about how Fuku-chan is a huge H!P fan, and it gets awkward because she always comes to them and says "So and So from Berryz Koubou is so cute!" She feels like "Well yes so and so is cute but that's my kouhai and err..." Sayu said it's one thing when Fuku-chan says "Sayu is so cute!" to her, but she'll come up and say "Kamei Eri is so cute!" and then she's troubled xD Fuku-chan says she's working on holding back and not calling everyone cute.
4. Resonant Blue -> As with the Spring tour, no lines for the 9th gen. But Eripon got to dance in front with the older girls! Probably due to Aika's absence.
5. Yamete yo! Sinbad -> I can't remember anything in particular from this song...but it was good.
6. My Way ~Joshikou Hanamichi~ -> I really like this! It's fun and energetic. Everyone had a solo. There are some notes that seem to be held forever, and I'm hoping they'll sound better on the album.
MC (Tanaka, Ikuta, Sayashi, Suzuki) -> Tanaka tells the girls that with the 10th gen coming in, they're going to be senpai and they need to learn to lead MC's. So they have a Shabondama line shouting contest. Each girl has to take Sayu's "Na no ni doko ittan da yo!" line and do something funny with it. Riho went first and did a gag about losing her pen (or something, couldn't hear) during a signing event ("where did it gooo"). She got a pin-pon for that. Zukki said she was going to confess something she'd never told anyone before. Her confession was "I've never eaten celeryyyy!" She got the buzzer for that xD Then they talked about how she'd probably like celery because she likes bitter food. Last was Eripon, who did "tomodachi, doko ittan da yooo" (where did my friends go). She got a pin-pon but Reina felt sad. They talked about now that she's moved to Tokyo she needs to make friends there and probably will because she's still only a middle school student. Then the buzzer went off again, and everyone started shouting for Reina to do one. So she did some impersonation of someone, and everyone thought it sucked. Then she did the line in the style of Mickey Mouse, which the audience still wasn't impressed with. <img src='

7. Suki da na, kimi ga / Michishige, Fukumura -> Suuuper cuuuute. They came out in little red flapper dresses and the dance was all sexy-cute. It's like Rainbow Pink without the ear rape! Yay!
8. Kono ai wo kasanete / Takahashi, Niigaki -> These two sound gorgeous together, and I love when the harmonize, but...this is yet another Standard H!P Album Ballad. Not very memorable.
9. Suki na senpai / Takahashi, Niigaki -> I love this sooong. They were super into it, it was really cute. On the monitor they split the footage between what was happening on stage and an old concert performance of the whole 5th gen performing the song.
MC (Michishige, Tanaka) -> I don't really remember much from this MC, other than the topic was supposed to be "What you'll be doing in 10 years." Sayu went on about how in ten years she'll be 32, which is still younger than how old Yuko is right now. <img src='

10. Osaka Koi no Uta / Takahashi -> YAY Not Yume Kara Samete! Since the concert was in the Osaka area, I'm assuming this is a one time switch up. Her dress was totally inappropriate for the song, so I'm guessing it's what she would have worn for Yume. It was a maxi-length dress that was kind of old-lady cut, but it was blue with black stars. She did still do part of the dance though!
VTR -> This was really random. There were subtitles explaining what it was, but I was too far to read them :( It was Sayu and Reina in the car, I think they were supposed to be talking about Ai but they got off topic. They started talking about how Ai went on a trip abroad all by herself, and went into how Reina doesn't do anything by herself (I totally feel you Reina) and Sayu is okay doing anything by herself.
11. SONGS -> Again, no solo lines went to the 9th gen...that I remember. If they did, they went to Riho.
12. Give me Love (愛) -> I love this song! It's lead by the standard set of girls, but I don't really mind because hey, it's Takahashi's last album. And she's absolutely amazing live when she gets big solo parts like she has in this.
MC -> Short revolving MC, the girls were going in and out changing costumes. Zukki changed super fast. Takahashi made some comments on the earlier Sayu/Reina VTR. That's all I remember.
13. Special Medley: Take off is now / Takahashi, Niigaki, Tanaka→ Do it! Now→Aisaresugiru koto wa nai no yo→ 321 Breakin' out -> Great choice of songs! The first and last are two of my all time favorites. Everyone got lines in Do it! Now, the rest of the songs were basically all the older members.
MC -> Apparently there was an MC here. I don't remember it.
14. OK YEAH! -> This is probably my favorite of the new album songs. It's that same dance beat you've heard in every other H!P dance song, complete with the "WOO!" and "G-go d-d-d-ont stop" and all that. But everyone gets solos, and everyone actually sounded good. It's very energetic and easy to get into.
15. ONLY YOU
16. Maji desuka suka! -> Nothing new to say about Only You. During Maji desu ka Ska they had fake trumpet things they used to dance with which was cute.
MC -> Another MC I forgot!
17. Bravo! -> They started this out really slow and had the audience sing along. This is where the guy next to me started to piss me off. First of all he decided to shout sing REALLY out of key. Is there a key when you're shouting? Eventually he wore himself out and started coughing which was funny. Then the music picked up and he started headbanging. What.
Encore:
MC -> Seriously, were there really this many MC's? I think by MC Sayunii just means people spoke briefly and introduced a song.
18. HOW DO YOU LIKE THIS JAPAN? ~Nihon wa donna kanji dekka?~ -> Still no lines for the 9th gen but it was an awesome performance anyway. Gaki owns this song. Stupid guy next to me did more headbanging. Where do you think you arrre?
19. Tomo -> Yaaay pretty song.

Oh, here's what I ended up buying:
Zukki seemed very underrepresented, so I bought her shirt. She's one of my favorites. I also got the Takahashi b-day shirt, which has a pretty cool design. Sadly the S size was sold out so I had to get an L which will be huge on me, but it'll be a good exercise/sleep shirt. Both came with wristbands and two photos. Then I got the Takahashi "day of" photo and a group set of off-shot photos which were pretty cute.
