It looks like the eggs were just there as part of the 15th anniversary celebration event. There are caps of other OGs on the screen too, so I think the rogue Asuka image was probably part of a celebration of the history of MM bit. It'd be cool if she actually gave comments.

In the clip TnB provided, Miss Oda looks much younger than everyone when she first comes out, even Haruka. But once she puts on that red satin dress it's a whole new ball game. I'm intrigued. How will she affect the dynamic of the current lineup?
She looks a lot like Mai Hagiwara, only more demure.
There's something classically Japanese about her face and haircut. I hope they put her in a kimono soon.
Maybe they can do Sakura Gumi's "Sakura Mankai" in a future concert.
