Yeah, there are a lot to remember (luckily for me, I was able to remember all of them, but the quantity when prepping killed me)
Uploading emoji is the same as picture, just add "Reina" to the end of the name so you can search them later, or just add them right away to the emoji list. I added that tag so I could add them later... which never happened, lol.

Rokun hasn't posted in a week - that's a long time for him, I think.
And kurikaesu has disappeared. Does it really make sense to keep prepping all those Reina posts when she's like a month behind now?

I agree with both of the bolded points, so Meikochi, until we hear from kurikaesu, don't bother prepping Reina.

Should there be some sort of guideline for when to send someone a PM after they disappear, like two weeks or a month?

Saya seems to be away, too. I don't know if I missed something, but I'm prepping Kanyon and her posts aren't translated since almost 2 moths now^^" I always thought she could return any day, so I kept prepping...

Each hiraganas, katakanas and kanjis of original titles are sort of convert in letters, figures and percentage's symbol when I copy paste it and I notice that "conversion" of titles in katakanas are often (I don't say always because I didn't analyse it precisely x) ) longer than the others.

I know I uploaded a lot of custom emoji just for her when I was prepping her. 90% of them are only used once and never make another appearance, so you should check the emoji list and see if there are similar ones before you upload them. (Or at least that's what I started doing, you may do whatever you like though.)

Rokun's been busy with getting his wireless stable at home. He's been having trouble until recently but I think he said it was fixed the last time I spoke to him (about 5 hours earlier? lol). He's been tired too so I guess he hasn't gotten back to translating yet. I'll bug him about it next time I see him. Haha.
 
And I agree, we always need more translators. I would take on more except that I'm busy with other things as well, and I'm always a little behind for the ones I do :x I try to keep it to less than a week if possible nowadays...

Nakanishi Kana's and Iikubo Haruna's blog haven't been translated for awhile now so I will hold on prepping those.
 
In the mean time (while those two blogs are still on hold), I can take on 1 or 2 more blogs.
 
BTW, we are reaching 1600 drafts. That's a lot.

Thanks Essy for speaking up for me. XD Sorry to all the preppers (and everyone else) for not translating lately, it's been busy and I've been feeling weird since I got back from vacation (though that's been almost a month now...)
 
I think I'm going to try and start translating a bit now though, though to begin with I'll just try to get current posts up and maybe go through the backlog of girls who don't post all that much (Maachan, Yurina, Risako, Miya are the first who come to mind). Is WhiteForte back yet? Without prepping I might not be able to catch up with all of Captain's posts at this point.
 
More translators are also welcome, and if they want to do some of my girls that could work since a lesser load would be good going forward I think. It just depends who responds.
 
Also, it might be a little late now, but when I looked at the drafts, can preppers please put the girl's name in some form in the title of the draft? Otherwise it's kinda impossible to go girl by girl to try and catch up. I noticed Miya's name wasn't in her title, for example. Thanks!

I'd like to help with additional translating, but I really do have my hands full with just Mano. >< Sometimes I think "Oh, maybe I can help with some backlog" but then I look at my own.... ^^; Speaking of, with posts I wasn't able to get to in time regarding things like TV appearances (where she basically just says "please watch!" with little else in the post) and the date for said appearances have long passed, should I still translate and post those or just delete them?

eri, I haven't disappeared. I just have a final exam for my personal and corporate taxation course on Sept 4, and the taxes are just blowing my mind (not in a fun way ;).

Copy and Paste does carry the style. (except text alignment) I think it's easier for me to do the spacing for her compared to before. HTML format changes (in a good way).
I guess it'd be hard on you but not me. lol

I can cover, but are Ayaka's posts translated anyway? The last translated post is one month ago (just like Kanyon's), so I don't think it's necessairy until we have a new translator or Saya returns.

Because I always use oba-chan for Auntie but baa-chan for Granny, so I was going to just translate it all as her Auntie.

And I know Abe is in her 30s but, the woman in the photo looks grandmotherly.  
Also, when I google it, it seems that people also use oba-chan for Granny.
 
So now I'm totally confused over such a simple thing
