I'm pretty sure that both of the photos were taken within seconds of each other since Ai appears to be in the process of putting up her peace sign in the first photos. (Just a little reading between the panels.) So they technically are almost the same picture.

Tsunku is Folk Song-ing his own catalog.    Not that I disapprove, he deserves it, and this is a great arrangement. Would prefer a different singer, but I understand why it isn't. Hope the rest of the album is as good as this.

Same here, and I don't know.  They're indies, so it's near impossible to find out unless they rank on Oricon.
