I kind of wonder what the BIG mistake is, but Hikarun won Jury Award again so I'm not sure if she's totally the problem?

This week's H!S showed the kenshuusei opening for C-ute's concert.
 
Kenshuusei featured: 
-Danbara Ruru (mini pigtails)   [Left of 1st pair]
-Horie Kizuki (Half up, braids on top)   [Right of 1st pair]
-Ichioka Reina (Long ponytail  ) [Left of 2nd pair]
-Maeda Kokoro (Shorter, curly hair)   [Right of 2nd pair]
-Inoue Hikaru (Hair down)   [Left of 3rd pair]
-Akiyama Mao (Shorter ponytail, braid on one side)   [Right of 3rd pair]

So some updates, Kasahara is joining ANGERME & the Hokkaido auditions had 7 winners, but they will be the Hokkaido branch of the KSS and will make their first appearance at the 7/30 Sunshine Parade concert.

Fixed the first post. I'm not sure how they will handle the generation order for the Hokkaido girls so I just added both to be on the safe side. Even though they will probably just be active just in Hokkaido, I'm sure they will be treated just like the other trainees as far as auditions go.

Kenshuusei performed a new song at the first night of the Rainbow Carnival side of the tour titled "Ichi Shakudama de Buttobase" (一尺玉でぶっ飛ばせ)

Yumei, Nagisa, Momoko and Rion.

Yumei and Nagisa aren't too surprising. Yumei turned 17 earlier this year, so the last MM audition with no winners was her last chance unless she wanted to wait around and hope to be put in a new group, which probably isn't happening soon. Unless the restarted audition includes her in the age group? Nagisa and Momoko are also too old for auditions and is in the same camp.
 
Rion is pretty young and hasn't been around super long so it's likely she's just decided to focus on other things.

At least she's really pretty. 12th gen are bad and on top of that I don't even think they're cute to make up for it. :( I would have traded one of them out for her.

She has a surprisingly nice facial structure and is pretty fashionable. If she didn't have such a stocky figure, she would do really well in modelling. 
I am genuinely concerned about Nagisa, she seemed like the perfect idol type, almost like a to be Stardust girl.

Oh thank god I don't have to worry about Yumei being added to a group anymore. Nagisa and Momoko are to be expected since they're older (honestly I'm surprised that Kizuki still hasn't left). Rion was really cute and I like her, but she never really did seem to take to performing and always had a weak stage presence (not that she didn't improve during her time in the program).

Ouch. Big loss. I fixed the first page but will need to fix it some more when I get home from vacation. Something weird happened to 25th gen.


Of all the girls that left, I'll miss Nagisa the most and Rion the least.

Granted, I expected Nagisa to be the next to go. She was cool on stage, but she was already old. Yumei, well, was about time. I kind of liked Momoko, but she's also at that age where she has to plan for the future. 
 
Rion, however, was a bit of a shock. She was somewhat popular too, if I remember correctly.

I'm not gonna lie, but wow that dead weight dropped...(Shimano & Hashimoto being too old, Yumei....well yeah, and Nakano being probably the worst of her KSS generation)...it's just odd that this happened a couple days before the Hokkaido girls gets announced too

Girls leaving tend to always happen around Auditions or in this case additions. Momona getting adding over older members probably burst a few bubbles for sure. And some girls probably realizing that it's time to move on.

It's disappointing to see some of them go but it's expected. I would've liked to see Nagisa added to Angerme over Kasahara Momona though.

Of all the girls, I like Ryo the best. I think her look alone gives her an aura of a Musume girl. So I'd like to see her in that group in the future. Perhaps not the 13th generation, but maybe the 14th. 
 
I think Musume is really missing that serious vibe that girls like Reina, Fujimoto, Asuka and even Riho had. Now, if she had a decent singing voice, that would be even better! :D

Ishiguri Kanami seemed surprisingly comfortable both in front of the camera but also talking with Yajima... I like that. Same with Kitagawa Ryou. I can already tell she'll be an instant fav of mine. Kitagawa's looks make her seem almost... snobbish? but I was very pleased to see she seems quite down to earth. I think I've convinced myself they'll put her in MM the next audition.
 
And yes, Kudou is very cute!!
