Koharu wants you to buy bread

So this is one thing Koharu has been up to lately....

I'm sure this is what she hoped to do after graduating from MM. I can't believe I'm saying this, but... yet another wasted talent! Not that she is talented. But she got an anime gig and she's got an image. Why are they wasting it? They spent lots of money building it up so she wouldn't just have creepy wota fans. To be fair though, there are people like Kato Rosa etc. that got mainstream fame via being in many commercials.

I think Kusumi's fame is very limited right now, a few wota and a few kids know her. But the kids will soon forget about her and the wota get no new material to wota-out about.

The first time we saw one of these commercials I asked if Koharu was supposed to be the mother of this girl and PQ took a "shot in the dark" and allowed as to how they were probably supposed to be sisters.

I used to always buy this bread, it is really nice and soft, but now koharu is advertising it I switched to a different brand....

I miss Koharu, but I'm glad she's at least doing CFs for now I guess. On a side note the stuff they were putting in the bread turned me off, it looked kinda gross.

I agree. CMs are kind of a big deal in Japan. They even have press conferences sometimes announcing new spokesmodels and ad campaigns. Good for Koharu.

I hate Koharu and could care less about her staying in the entertainment industry, but darned if that bread doesn't look delicious. I would literally run to the store and buy it if I lived in Japan. And that little girl is really cute. I want to make her french toast.

It's a sponge cake with a really unique texture. It's like eating clouds, if clouds were creamy. I think it's honey-flavored a lot of the time, but I hate honey so I usually find matcha flavor.

YES! This is one of my favorite things about...Asia, I don't know. My friend told me that Japan, Korea, and I guess Taiwan have a very French-based bakery heritage and they don't like to use a lot of sugar. So all of the Asian bakeries have that delicate and fluffy quality that doesn't really exist in mainstream American bakeries.



The only thing is, I didn't see any non-white bread in Japan. They only sold those super thickly sliced fluffy white bread that looks like pound cake. I like my hearty wheat and rye breads in the morning.

You can always buy any kind of bread in Japan if you go to a bakery, the kind of bread the horse faced .... thing.... is advertising its your standard sliced loaf type of bread, yes its quite tasty and yes as soon as I heard she was advertising it I did switch to a different brand.



I used to love Japanese bakeries but now I'm vegetarian they are just not interesting AT ALL.
