Oh yeah, when uploading emoticons and you notice the picture is way above the line, you gotta click on it and be sure to click align none.

Sure, I can help and it'll go really fast if you can kindly...

prep the blog entry by cut/paste the original text in + pictures? That way I can just go in and translate over the Japanese (I also do this to keep the original line breaks in). The thing that takes a long time with Takahashi is all of her pictures - for some reason, it takes a while to load on my computer (??). Takahashi doesn't really use too many emoticons thankfully.



So, if I log in would the saved drafts just pop up on the dashboard?

Kanon used the phrase "DD" in her blog today,



I found out that it's some kind of idol world slang meaning.... "DareDemo Suki"



So if you see it in a blog, that's what it means. :)

I think foreign fans are more apt to be DD than Japanese fans. Or maybe it's just me. I've been accused of being DD by, like, every Japanese wota. It doesn't help that their first question is always "WHO DO YOU LIKE???"

Anyway, yeah, the point is that that is indeed what it means.

I actually first saw the term in one of Saki's (Shimizu) Q&A entries a couple weeks or so ago. A fan asked what she thought of DD, or if she even knew what it meant. She answered "It means daredemo suki, right?" and then went on to say "I wonder if you'd be happy loving only me" XD So seems the girls want you to love only them too... lol (there were other questions where she answered in a similar supportive way) And you know Saki's not visibly one of the more egotistical girls either <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... /laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':lol:' />



Although... I suppose she did answer that in a rather tactful, Captain-like way :) Like, "maybe you shouldn't love just me cause you'll be happier"... Hmm, never thought of it that way until just now. I think the context tends to say otherwise. ^^;



I even noticed it a bit at Sakuracon amidst both the Japanese and American wota there. At the Hello! Party I made no secret of my "MiyaSaki" love, and people would ask me, "So which do you like, Miya or Saki?" I'd say I like both, or them together, and they would look at me funny. <img src='http://mm-bbs.org/public/style_emoticon ... /laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':lol:' />

That's the right way, but it takes so long that way! I just have them memorized and type in the code, there's only a handful that they use often.

Yes, because you're reuploading the same picture over and over again and making my backup already 400mb! I think it's actually read "usu usu wakatteiru kata mo iru." Usu usu in this case meaning "vaguely" and "wakatteiru" being "to know, to understand" rather than "to part/separate." And then of course "kata" being "person" instead of the hou reading for "way/type/style." So if you put it all together with the second part, it would be something like:
