So apparently Aika and Risa are going to have two separate graduations within a graduation concert.

I'll assume Aika's will be during that little part where she got to perform because she didn't after that, and Risa's will naturally be at the end.



Seems logical, but I have NO idea how the new girls are going to be able to perform after doing the whole crying thing once and then know they have to do it again. Chin up girls, chin up!

About Niigaki Risa's graduation concert - Mitsui's ceremony will take place at a different time slot, so we'd appreciate it if you could separate your glowstick colors and whatnot between the two. Thank you for your support!

His comment about the glowsticks makes it make more sense. It's unfair for Risa's big moment to be taken away from her at the last minute, especially when she's already been really clear that she stuck around in the group longer than she really wanted to. But it would also be unfair for Aika (and her fans) to get shafted just because her diagnosis came at a bad time.



But in practice... yeaaah. The crying thing x_x And Aika actually is in scattered songs right up through the last one, so it would be weird if Aika has her ceremony in the middle, then they have to go back to normal mode for the other half, and then have a sad ceremony all over again. It'll be interesting to see how they arrange things.

Agree'd with Zukkis with you guys. I hope it was because of Aika... she just seemed out of it. She has a good ear and her intonation is good but her voice breaks a lot and energy was definitely lacking!



All the new girls are doing ok. Riho has improved a lot (next ace deeeefinitely), Mizuki has finally woken up, Masaki is trying to sing with this cutesy voice now that she don't know how to control yet...



I enjoyed the concert though.



My one complain is line distribution. There are songs like Ikkimashoi that are MEANT to be sung by everyone (they have those extra short fast bits that are supposed to be rotated), and mostly everything is being sung by Reina, Risa and Riho (and Sayu *shrieks*)

I don't think Ayumi's a terrible singer, but she's just not singing in-tune with the song. My understanding is that this is a learnable skill, so I think she will probably improve dramatically with training.



Once she does, I see her as front girl material. She's a great dancer, has a great attitude, tons of energy, etc. I think her looks have improved dramatically over the past six months (not sure why) and she's in terrific shape physically (just look at her abs).

I've been watching 1 or 2 songs at a time over the past several days between work and just finished. Reina was AWESOME! Which just makes me really angry because she was probably putting on her stupid broken voice this whole time. FOR WHAT?! My overall impression is that the group has gotten so much better, not quite back to the pre- EriJunLin time yet but still, considering how young they are they are performing really well.



Riho's singing has improved a lot, ace ace ace ace ace



Eripon and Ayumi, when they are on stage they light up, it makes watching concerts fun with them just being there.



Riho and Ayumi dance wise... best dancers MM has ever had.



Masaki is TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOD DAMN CUTE, looks like her confidence has increased and she is enjoying being on stage, keep up the good work!!



I think the singing mistakes that Zukki made has really hurt her confidence, which is a shame, I hope she can regain her confidence in the future.



Haruna has improved, but at the moment she seems to be the one who needs to pick it up.

I missed this performance in the concert, probably because it's one of my least favorite songs. But seeing just the 9th and 10th perform is interesting. It's like I hardly know the group, even though I know them. They don't sound bad or anything.

Double yes, even with Shibata. I'm surprised Yuko wasn't there...unless she's just not pictured. Also, Konno you suck for sending off Ai but not Risa. Risa did blog recently about how she sent a birthday message to Konno but Konno had changed her address xD Maybe Konno just doesn't like Risa.

Triple yes. I've been missing Eri a lot lately, vocals and personality. The 6th gen feels weird with just Sayu/Reina. It's like they were never that close until Eri left, and now they have what feels like a forced closeness based mostly on spazzing out together. Eri was a good balance factor.
